Thank you for your review. After your meeting with the management, RRC provided the team with further training and we are glad to hear that the service being provided has improved. As for the rotas, due to the sector we are in there are so many factors that go into the rostering however, we will always endeavor to honour the times that our clients request.

Thank you for your review! Red Rose Care likes the team to be more involved in the client's care, as they are the ones who have the regular direct contact on a daily basis. In terms of visit times, we do try to limit time changes as best as possible but as you say, sometimes this can't be helped. If times do change, we do aim to contact our clients/representatives to let them know in advance.

We value the feedback and would like to reassure you that we take medication extremely seriously, with team members receiving effective medication training before starting with us, and throughout their employment (whether it's continuous improvement training, higher-level medication training, or their annual refresher training etc), as well as taking part in regular medication competency checks. We have passed on the feedback to the team and hope that you see a positive difference moving forward. Here at Red Rose Care we endeavour to give all our clients a certain level of consistency and continuity with who attends their visits, which we've found improves the relationship/ cooperation between the client and the team. However, sometimes due to the demands of the business the rotas may need amending, but we will always ensure that the most suitable team member available at the time is allocated.
