Whilst we are disappointed that you may not have been satisfied with your experience, or with the outcome of your concern/complaint. As a business, we aim to promote and maintain the health, well-being and safety of our clients and staff (both physical and emotional), which can lead to difficult decisions, often with conflicting opinions from those involved.
We take accountability for our actions and take all concerns/complaints seriously. With thorough investigations, learning through reflective practice, and in-depth responses provided on an individual basis, and where appropriate. We endeavour to not only prevent those issues from reoccurring but to ensure we learn and improve from them to enhance the services for our clients, and employment opportunities for our fantastic team.

I am extremely grateful for the way his dignity has been respected at all times. The agency has always tried to meet my requests for a limited number of different carers attending so not to confuse my husband. The carers we have feel part of our family now. They adapted quickly to our needs and I find them tremendous help. The admin staff are very pleasant and helpful and return phone calls promptly.
