Apollo Care provide a holistic service, enabling the individual to remain living in their own homes for as long as possible. They offer clients a package of care to suit their needs and can supply support and advice to clients. They aim to enable clients to remain as self-caring as possible, providing assistance when required.

All staff are checked and vetted through DBS and are matched to clients enabling Apollo Care to create a good service user/carer relationship.

Apollo Care recognise it is not just the client who requires support but also the family or individual who support them. They can also provide a befriending service to offer respite to the carer.

They understand each service user has their own interests, personal likes and dislikes and their aim is to brighten up their day and offer support when friends and family are unable to.

My uncle has received a quality service during the past 2 years, which only terminated when he moved into full-time residential care. We enjoyed excellent and invaluable communication at every stage between ourselves and Apollo Care. The manager is very hands on and feeds back any concerns the carers
had on their visits.
The carers were always reliable and punctual, and we managed to increase my uncle's care package at short notice when his condition deteriorated. This service they provided was first class throughout the time that they supported him, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to potential customers.

We are really pleased and satisfied with the care our mum receives from the Apollo Care (South Wirral) staff. The ladies are all very professional and caring. They spend time talking to our mum and make her feel special. They always use aprons and gloves which our previous supplier didn't. The manual
is always kept up to date which allows us to see what is happening.

At the time of the review, I was having cleaning help one hour per fortnight. Different staff came but all were polite and reliable and efficient. Sincere and willing to listen and to help. Office people handled my phone call well. I had such peace of mind through my decision to contact Apollo Care
(South Wirral).

The carer found the client on the bedroom floor with suspected broken hip and a bang to the head, she immediately called an ambulance and contacted me. The carer remained with the client for more than an hour until the ambulance arrived and the client went to hospital. She was calm, caring and reassuring
at all times. She contacted her office to advise them of the situation. They had no hesitation in allowing her to remain with me and the client. The staff in our experience are all caring, professional, competent and communicate with clients in an appropriate way. The Log is always filled in and if the family leave a note with a request this is always actioned. A great organisation I would recommend.

Apollo Care (South Wirral) provides a very good service. I have no complaints and mum has not voiced any concerns. She has a weekly housework service and the visit log and communication sheet is always completed at each visit and up to date. The service has been provided since 8th April 2016.

I have been with Apollo Care (South Wirral) for two and a half years. The care I have received has been excellent, never missed a call. Girls always listened to requests and carried them out. All the girls have been caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Special requests like an early visit
to accommodate hospital or doctors appointments) always met. Love the company they provide. Some of the girls are more like friends.

Fantastic service, excellent communication between myself and Apollo Care. The manager feeds back any concerns the carer has had on their visit. This is invaluable as I live one and a half hours away. Six monthly reviews face to face helpful. Always reliable and punctual. Have managed to increase care
package at short notice when my father was unwell. This service they provide gives me piece of mind very important when I live away.

7 months of Apollo Care. Evening (half an hour) visits to check medication, personal alarm and prepare evening meal. Was 5 visits now daily (7 per week). Staff are incredibly caring, warm and interested. Huge peace of mind to myself and siblings. Would prefer to increase frequency of visits before resorting
to residential care. Very satisfied with the level of service.

The carers are so kind and efficient with my 96-year-old mother. They all treat her with dignity and have lovely chats without talking down to her. We receive a weekly rota giving times for the carer's visits and their names. The management team rings if there is a change in personnel or timing.
