Very impressed with the communication and professionalism delivered by Pure Homecare. Can't speak highly enough about the care delivered. The carers are lovely and the office team are so good, always accessible. Really appreciate everything they've done for our family.

I need help after a hip replacement. Although I did not feel ill, I was in a lot of pain, and I could not dress myself and felt useless. I was also reluctant to have someone I didn't know in my house. However, I need not have feared, as the help I received from Pure HomeCare cares was in all ways excellent.
She provided the physical help I needed, but just as important, she encouraged me every day to regain my independence. I would not hesitate if I needed help again.

I have needed care with washing and dressing since my diagnosis of cancer. Carers are reliable and good at their job - I always feel safe and treated with dignity. And they are kind. I love that they take the time to make me a cup of tea after I’m dressed and the bed is made - it allows my husband time
to do breakfast and school run knowing I am sorted!

Really pleased with the care givers. They are so considerate and helpful. Office staff are always accommodating and listen to you. Friendly. Mum has had care for approximately five years from Pure HomeCare. However, she now has to be in a care home permanently. Whilst mum was in the care home on a temporary
basis, I was telephoned a few times asking after her health. Have always been pleased with the team.

My mum has only just recently joined Pure HomeCare and so far we are both impressed with the great level of service she has received. The carers are lovely and friendly and the office is great at communicating and we hope to have a long-lasting relationship with them all. I would highly recommend this
company for anyone you love who needs that special treatment and excellent care.

My mum's carer went out of her way to rearrange her schedule at short notice so that she could drive my mum to have her Covid vaccination. Thank you for such dedicated care and attention. I am 200 miles away and unable to visit. It is so reassuring that mum is being looked after so well in these challenging
times.

I used Pure Home Care to provide care to a friend for two periods each day over several months. I found the employees very professional and whatever was required to happen did happen and on time. It was simple to contact the company and messages were relayed in an accurate and timely manner. All the
carers were pleasant and engaged with my friend above the care demanded of them. I would certainly use this company again if the occasion arose.

Please do not be surprised at the identical way I have filled all the 'boxes' the same because it is quite true. My Monday to Friday carers are excellent. They do various things around the house, shop for me if needed, but my main point is because I live alone and sometimes feel lonely (although I have
never been keen on much company) when the carer leave after her time here, I feel my whole life has been made happy, comfortable and contented.

This company really did come to our rescue as we needed a care package in place within 24-hours. It was absolutely no trouble for Pure Care, and they have proven to be so friendly, courteous and professional to us at every step - my brother and I couldn't be more grateful. We don't live in the area,
but we know that my aunt is receiving a very high standard of care. We recently experienced a bereavement, and one of my aunt's carers has been such a wonderful comfort, and even bought her flowers - such a kind and caring gesture which reinforces the fact that this was definitely the right company to employ.
So thank you so much to everyone at Pure Care; we really do appreciate the kindness of your staff.

I am very happy with the service you give, the carers are of a very good standard and do everything professionally as they are so close we become friends and they help with anything. My needs are simple now not as some clients who can't do much but we come together well. I would recommend this service

Have found this company excellent. They help and support my brother in law. They come twice a week. Once to help with weekly shopping, at first, he didn't really know what to buy but with help and understanding from the support worker he chooses products for himself. On the second day he chooses which
local town he would like to visit, they have lunch, he has been taken out to visit friends in the hospital. All in all an excellent service. Everyone really happy with his carers.

Your staff were very caring and willing to go the extra mile.
With a very anxious person, they were very patient and listened to her needs. All tasks were completed efficiently and discretely. We only stopped when a relative volunteered to take over.
