Overall Experience

My experience of Right at Home Twickenham is to be a good service. They have helped me so much after having major surgery. They always arrive on time, are very polite. I have been so pleased with their help, getting my meal ready, doing housework and having someone to chat with you. I look forward to

their visits. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Overall Experience

My aunt wanted to remain in her house for as long as possible and the carers from Right at Home enabled her to do so for far longer than any of us expected.
It was always the same 2 or 3 carers that looked after her and she liked the fact that there wasn’t a new face to get used to every other week.
They

all went above and beyond and it was as if she were being looked after by family.
Not only did they help to wash and dress her and give her her meals but they would always have a pile of washing either on or drying, and the house itself was a pleasure to walk into as it was always clean and tidy, something it had not been for a long time!
She had a number of unexpected trips to the hospital where we had to cancel care at the last minute but this never phased any of the staff and her main carer even visited her in hospital on her day off.
I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone who is in need of any care services.

Overall Experience

Right At Home has provided excellent home care to my Mother over the last three years. The consistency, experience and quality of carers has been first class and the genuine affection shown to her most heartening. The reassurance of knowing she was well looked after was invaluable plus the added benefit

and comfort of knowing this support, enabled her to remain in her own home for as long as was practical. The carers were conscientious and willing to resolve issues as they occurred. I also appreciated the regular contact with carers who would provide updates on my Mother's general well-being.
I will always be grateful for the personal care and genuine help given to my Mother and would happily recommend Right At Home to anyone considering using their services.

My mother has been extremely pleased with all the carers who have attended her. They have treated her with respect and met all her needs, she also enjoys the interaction as she loves a chat and getting to know people. It has taken the worry and pressure off the family too.

You provided excellent care to our father, all of the carers treated him with respect plus they were friendly, helpful, prompt and supportive. Your admin team were always helpful, accepting that we regularly cancelled weekend visits when the family were visiting and going above and beyond to help when

we needed to reinstate visits due to the snow making it difficult to get to Dad's. We are really sorry that you don't cover the area that Dad has moved to. Thank you all so very much for everything from all of us.

Overall Experience

This agency took extreme care and sensitivity when caring for my elderly mother. They went out of their way to provide help in some difficult circumstances, were prompt with updates and information and did everything they could to assist our family. Thank you very much.

My father received excellent service from care and office staff. Care staff have been friendly and treat my father individually in a compassionate manner. I could not imagine him getting the same level of care anywhere else. Any enquiries made from office staff had been very good. I get the information

Overall Experience

A first class service from start to finish. This firm really knows the meaning of 'client focus/care' and translates it into action. Flexibility and concern to meet individual needs are hallmarks of their approach and they could not have been more accommodating. Carers genuinely caring - warm, empathetic,

considerate, conscientious and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Management, too, were friendly and helpful. This has been a totally positive experience which I have no doubt helped me on the road to recovery.

Overall Experience

We first contacted Right At Home when our mother came out of the hospital and needed some additional care. Other agencies seemed to be very inflexible but from the start, Right At Home was willing to work around our needs and was extremely friendly and helpful. They came to my mother's house and chatted

for a while about her requirements, taking into account that sometimes we would need very little care, and other times, more.
The Carers they have sent have been extremely kind, intelligent and gentle people who are willing to take my mother to hospital appointments, pick up prescriptions, do shopping, or just be at home with her preparing her dinner and helping her out as and when required with whatever she needs.

Overall Experience

We began using Right at Home after my Mum spotted an advert offering "companionship". I cannot fault the company. Everyone was polite and did what they promised to do. The girl who looked after Mum was always on time and always stayed for the full hour. She did stay longer on a couple of occasions when

Mum was upset. We liked the fact that it was always the same person except when the regular one was on holiday. It meant that she could develop a good relationship with Mum. On a couple of days, we needed cover urgently and they provided it at very short notice. All the people we dealt with behaved in a professional manner. Mum's carer was lovely with her and could quickly lift Mums mood if she was down. Having dealt with a previous company who had much lower standards, we really appreciated their service. I would recommend anyone needing care for an elderly relative to use Right at Home. They are reliable and trustworthy.

Overall Experience

Care giver is amazing. Dad felt very happy when she was on duty. She never forgets anything that needed doing! Other carers- dad does not have the same confidence. They do not provide care to the standard required re: care of leg bag, skin, hydration. My dad's care giver is a credit to your company.

Overall Experience

My husband has motor neurone disease diagnosed August 2015 and mass in pancreas cancer. We have been under the care of local hospice since August. Bad fall before Christmas resulted in hospital. Allowed home on continuing care package. We have Right At Home for night care 3 times a week. They are excellent,

reliable, efficient, kind and gentle with my husband. They replaced the first night package who were incompetent to useless. (After 3 nights and refused to have them back) The manager from Right At Home visited the same day and put a carer in place for that night. They have been with us now since beginning of January.
