I had a social and domestic call for mum and the staff were kind, caring and nothing too much trouble. The company asked what mum liked to do before the calls and incorporated this into her social calls. I noticed how much this meant to mum.

Best company I've been with, both staff and management are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a care provider. Feel comfortable with the carers and we can always have a laugh and a joke.

Simply ten out of ten. Very respectful, reliable and caring. I was unsure how my father would react to having carers in his home but going with respectful care was by far the best decision I have ever made.

I have already recommended the Respectful Care team to a friend of my brother who intends to try to avail the services for his wife and himself having just come out of hospital. We have found the care staff very professional in every aspect of their provision, the staff are always willing to go the
extra mile. On arrival, the first question is 'can we do anything further for you' and indeed thereto the last before they leave. Please note that I have also related my satisfaction to the local County Councillor from Nottinghamshire County Council. Also, note that I am pleased to support the Respectful Care team.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. They have no problem coping with a grumpy old man first thing in the morning. They do their job with care and consideration for a person's disabilities and never complain about how much or how little they have to do. Excellent service all round.

I received excellent care when I was discharged from the hospital, and my carers helped me to regain my confidence and mobility. The staff are all wonderful, punctual and reliable.

Sally Wells

Job Title: Recruitment Manager and Mental Health First Aider

Sally Wells, Respectful Care’s Recruitment Manager and Mental First Aider has been with the company for many years and is an invaluable asset to staff and clients by utilising her previous Registered Care Manager role, with her current role.


Understanding the pressures of daily living, whilst also understanding the care industry in great depth makes Sally a tower of strength when supporting new and existing staff.


Staff and others often reach out to Sally for support due to her kind, calming and caring nature.


Sally holds various qualifications in Health and Social Care but holding a Mental First Aider qualification makes this combination of qualities a ‘golden role’ for both staff and clients.
