Maria became Chingford's branch manager in April 2021. Maria originally joined Prestige Nursing & Care, and the Care sector in 2016 as a Care Assistant.
She became the Field Care Supervisor and a year later she then progressed to the Care Planner role before being promoted to Branch Manager.
The variety of roles that Maria has held whilst with Prestige provides her with a wealth of experience in care delivery, safety, and quality. Maria has supported clients with complex care needs, children who have special needs and challenging behaviour and elderly people living with dementia.
