Welcome to Caremark Coventry, a provider of quality and personal home care services.

This friendly service enables clients to remain in the familiar surroundings and comfort of home, receiving regular visits and services to suit every personal need.

Caremark Coventry covers all areas of Coventry, as well as Nuneaton and Bedworth offers care and support to adults, young people and children looking for some assistance to continue living at home safely and comfortably.

The care and support workers are fully trained and DBS checked by the training manager and much additional specialised training experience. Whatever the needs, Caremark can find a way of supporting life at home safely and independently.

My general opinion as regards Caremark is positive. I feel that there is an improvement on the previous care team. In some cases, we have seen exceptional ability. One carer, in particular, falls into this category.

I do not need 200 words to tell you what I think of my carers. Each and everyone have looked after me well and the small time we have to chat makes a lot of difference to my day. They are excellent. I look forward to their smile when they come each day.

The care/support from Caremark (Coventry) given to my wife is very good. The carers are helpful and if my wife is having any issues, the staff phone me and also leave me notes to let me know of any problems. Management staff are also helpful with any requests I have. Overall I'm pleased with the service.

Care is normally given in the appropriate manner and the carers are friendly and efficient. However when my regular girls are off, I find the staff are not very good as usually they have only called to deal with me once or twice before.

The overall experience from Caremark has been very good. The daily carers have been very friendly and helpful. Dad particularly likes one carer as he enjoys his company. The care nurse has been helpful and empathetic.

I can highly recommend Caremark for their efficiency, politeness and respect. My carer is wonderful, she does everything she possibly can for me, her care, attention etc is beyond praise. I cannot speak too highly of her and would be lost without her.

Mum resisted having carers for so long, the full responsibility fell on our shoulders (5 children) whilst trying to care for our families and have full-time jobs.
A huge weight has been lifted, the carers are excellent and have won her confidence and treat mum and us with dignity.
As a family we still
support mum but we are safe in the knowledge that there is a professional structure of carers underpinning her health and well being. Thank you.

The agency is looking after my mother extremely well. The main carer is very capable and helpful.
Only had trainee carers omitting to lock the front door when leaving and not visiting at breakfast time once. No problems since.
So far I can highly recommend the operation.

Very happy with the service.
I just need an earlier morning call as I have the Neuro Rehab Team about 4 times weekly, so if I'm ready before 9 am, that's great.
The carers have been very attentive to my needs and very professional.
Always accommodating when I've had hospital appointments at short
notice.
