This friendly service enables clients to remain in the familiar surroundings and comfort of home, receiving regular visits and services to suit every personal need.

Caremark Coventry covers all areas of Coventry, as well as Nuneaton and Bedworth offers care and support to adults, young people and children looking for some assistance to continue living at home safely and comfortably.

The care and support workers are fully trained and DBS checked by the training manager and much additional specialised training experience. Whatever the needs, Caremark can find a way of supporting life at home safely and independently.

I just want to thank you for inviting Dad to the tea party. He thoroughly enjoyed it and I think it was a very kind and thoughtful gesture.
Dad is now looking forward to the football match you promised!
I am so pleased with the care Dad is being given and special thanks to the Field Care Supervisor.
Apparently, he sings Bing Crosby songs to Dad! Dads face lights up when he sees him walk through the door, he also has a few Vera Lyn songs for special occasions!
A big thank you to all Dad's carers. He keeps telling me how lucky he feels with the attention given to him.

My regular carers are very organised and pleasant.
It can sometimes feel rushed, however, I prefer continuity and efficiency.
I always feel empowered to improve my physical level through the support of my carers and rehabilitation team handover.
They treat my husband and son with utmost respect.
Sometimes
I feel that the office staff don't listen to feedback, however, this is much better lately.
Relief carers when regular carers are off duty are good, it would be better if these were also the same carers.

As I am blind I rely on the Caremark staff to keep myself and my home clean. I could not keep my home clean by myself or clean up after my guide dog. They ensure I have eaten and are very patient with me when they take me shopping.

Overall very pleased with the service. Staff - carers experienced. My husband feels safe - sometimes there are issues with timing - so have requested time sheet to be issued weekly, as I find it very useful. So far the best company. (Caremark is 4th company).

Caremark provide a professional, empathetic and understanding care package for my mother in her home. The individual carers are lovely, and cope well with her complex needs. She has disinhibition following a stroke, now added to by early dementia. This can make her angry, paranoid and anxious. She also
suffers from fits of mania, so challenging at times.
When I stay with her I notice how kind and caring 99 percent of your carers are, just occasionally I think they perhaps don't quite understand her mental and physical fragility, she certainly does not act her age, 88.
The office staff are unfailingly helpful, informing me and the family of any concerns and dealing with crisis situations. As none of us live in Coventry this is vital and we all appreciate how much you do for our mother.

Caremark provide a very good service. The regular carers that my mum has are very professional, polite, efficient and treat my mum very well. The management are very good as well and respond very well to feed back. Overall we are more than satisfied with Caremark as a care provider.

- Most staff are very warm and thorough in what they are asked to do - occasionally there are one or two staff who have language difficulties ie. don't speak fluent English and therefore don't always understand their duties.
- Most staff remember to put my mum's cream on her legs every day = good.
- Most staff remember to lock the front door after seeing my mum (but not all) which worries me slightly.

Every carer has been friendly and polite towards my husband. Some carers go the extra mile, such as putting ironing away, cleaning the kitchen, totally stripping the bedding. If I had a problem I feel that I could ask any carer to help me personally with me having MS.
