We need our care companies to remember why they were set up in the first place. To give our older members of society their dignity back. The constant handing back of packages through no fault of the client is not giving them the dignity and respect they deserve.

We are as upset about this as are our service users. Unfortunately, staffing levels in this area have given us no choice but to withdraw the service.
