I was always treated politely and my phone calls were always answered. I had excellent help from the organiser. All the carers were satisfactory or more, and two of them were outstanding, these two found extra things to do and were very easy to be with. All the carers were polite and helpful. Thank

All the carers are extremely caring and supportive. They handle Mum with care and dignity and are extremely patient with her. I would recommend their carers to people who need support at home.

We have found the support and care from Bluebird to be very good. They responded very quickly when we urgently need to change the support provided and they did so very efficiently. Mum and Dad are well supported by the team from Bluebird Care. The carers are mostly very punctual for each visit and after introducing themselves start their tasks. Tasks are carried out in a professional and caring manner. Mum and Dad enjoy the visits from the carers and are very happy with the service
they receive; it helps them to continue living independently in their own home.
The office staff at Bluebird Care are very supportive, if I have to phone in to discuss anything I am always directed to the appropriate person for help/advice.

I have not yet had a bad experience with anyone from Bluebird. Occasionally I have a different carer than one scheduled. That is not a problem as they are all so kind and caring. If they are a few minutes late it doesn’t worry me as I know that local road closures are making life difficult for everyone
and that you will not let me down. I have no regrets at all that I turned to you for help. Thank you all.

Overall we have been very pleased with the care that Bluebird Care have provided for my mother. We have had some difficult times with live-in care but Bluebird have gone out of their way to try and provide suitable carers for her. The night carers are very good and so are the relief carers.

The carers have been very good and caring.
Sometimes, the schedule we are sent saying who is coming does not tally with who turns up, but someone always turns up.
Sometimes, new carers have not always been given all the care details before they arrive. This could be a problem if I was not there
to tell them, but they have always seemed very professional.
I have been very happy with the care my mother receives.

The carers who come weekly to keep my husband company while I have a few hours out of the house are always friendly, courteous and very helpful. I am very grateful for this support and know my husband is safe while I am enjoying some free time.

I cannot fault the care provided to my mother (initially on a several times a week basis but more laterally live in). In what can only be described as quite challenging circumstances Bluebird Care has been professional and efficient, and I can highly recommend.
