My mum has been having care since 2019; she is satisfied with her care, which meets her needs. Her carers, on the whole, are very reliable, caring and pleasant. We, as a family, feel Mums in safe hands. The carers keep in touch with family if they feel the need to. Obviously, Mum has her favourites.
