Our experience with Home Instead was nothing short of first-class, both from a management point of view and the care my mother received herself. The caregivers that we had over the years not only provided care, support and company to my mother, but in many ways, became an extended part of the family.

We have been using the services of Home Instead for nearly two years and are very happy with them. As a family we had become concerned that our mother was struggling to look after herself properly in her home. Since we brought in Home Instead we have been able to relax, knowing that she is in the capable
hands of an experienced, capable carer. The carer has demonstrated herself to be completely attuned to my mother's needs and the two of them have developed a close bond, which is reassuring for the rest of the family to see.

My mother's carer is outstanding! She is kind, caring and extremely patient. She showers and dresses her so nicely and mum always looks lovely when we visit. I trust mum's carer completely and would recommend her without hesitation.

We have enjoyed a very happy four-year relationship with Home Instead. My mother has extremely complex needs and requires great attention to detail, and also she benefits from regularly seeing the same faces. Home Instead has always gone "above and beyond" to send the same people as much as possible
and to carry out their work very carefully. Adaptable, dependable, and we have made very good relationships with the team. Excellent.

The carer provides excellent companionship and mental stimulation for my father with Alzheimer's. He is so kind and patient in conversation and also persuades my dad (86) to go for a daily walk (he often refuses to go out with me or my brother - the carer has the magic touch). We have tried many different
carers, but he knows how to make my dad feel in 'control' and is extremely charming and respectful. My dad actively looks forward to his visits. Thank you.

Home Instead Camden have provided an excellent home care service to my mother over the last few years. There has been great consistency of carers, all of whom have been lovely, very capable and taking great pride in their caring role. I found the agency managers very responsive and helpful throughout.
In particular, they responded very quickly when my mother suddenly needed a much higher level of care and put this in place at once. Overall my experience has been excellent and I would highly recommend this agency.

It is now over three years we have employed the services of Home Instead Senior Care, for house cleaning every two weeks. The standard of cleaning is always of a high standard and punctuality of visits is excellent. Should there be small changes of arrival, we are always advised in plenty of time. I
would fully recommend Home Instead Senior Care for their reliable service.
