We take great pride in delivering exceptional care and value open communication. Your feedback helps us improve, and we want you to feel heard. After reviewing this case, we found that a team member did not follow standard procedure. We take full responsibility and have taken immediate action. They have undergone additional training to prevent this from happening again. We have also strengthened our internal processes, improving our reporting system to flag any deviations sooner. Originally from Harare, Zimbabwe (formerly known as Salisbury), Tendai moved to England with her husband in March 2023 to begin her journey with Bluebird Care Wiltshire South.
With four years of experience in the care sector, Tendai has always seen caring as her calling. She first worked as a carer in Zimbabwe, and when she learned about opportunities in the UK, she was inspired to take a leap of faith. A simple Google search for "small towns in England that are great for families" led her to Salisbury - a sign that this was the place she was meant to be.
Since joining Bluebird Care, Tendai has been a valuable member of the team, known for her bubbly personality, dedication, and passion for supporting customers. Her commitment to making a real difference in people’s lives has made her a firm favourite among both customers and colleagues.
Tendai has been promoted to our new Care Supervisor and is excited to take on new challenges, develop her skills, and continue delivering the highest standard of care.
Outside of work, Tendai enjoys reading—especially books that have been adapted into films or series—and exploring the beautiful English countryside on long walks.

Deborah started her care journey in Bluebird Care Wiltshire South in June 2020. Coming from a medical administrator and healthcare assistant job, being a care professional was all new to her.

Originally from Scotland Deborah now lives in Bulford with her partner and children, and she plans to relocate to settle in Salisbury soon.
Fundamentally as a peoples person, Deborah works on the basis that you should always treat others the way you would like to be treated yourself - a fantastic quality to have when delivering care to others.
Since joining Bluebird Care Wiltshire South, Deborah has worked her way up from being a care professional, to a team lead, and now to a care coordinator. She finds some days more challenging than others but is extremely proud and passionate about Bluebird Care Wiltshire South, and the high standard of care we deliver.
