Belong at Home Warrington is an affordable, high-quality home care service you can trust.

Through their personal care, support and companionship they can enable clients to continue living at home and in the community, and aim to match customers to the most appropriate staff, so that they can feel confident that their team are fully trained and qualified Belong colleagues, recruited in line with their values and supported by their in-house, specialist trainers to ensure the highest levels of professionalism and person-centred customer care.

Their team are reliable, so they come when they say they will, and they give narrow time slots for visits (usually within an hour). They believe this is important
to customers and it’s part of their commitment to promoting customer choice, independence and safety. Their support teams develop excellent relationships with customers, so much so that many report that they feel like an extension of their family.

They are experts in dementia. Every member of the team is trained in supporting people with dementia and they offer free access to their Admiral Nurse
service. This enables people to tap into dementia specialist mental health nurses for advanced strategies and support when it comes to living well with dementia.

I have no complaints at all, the service I receive is excellent, I couldn't be more pleased and certainly could not do without it.
Lovely staff, always happy and cheerful, a pleasure to see them, it's like welcoming an old friend into our home.

The Belong at Home team are invaluable in assisting Mum to stay at home where she wants to stay. It gives us enormous peace of mind to know Mum is being well cared for at the times we are not with her.
The support staff are fabulous with Mum and keep her happy, safe and entertained.

After Dad having to have help/care, we had another care company who we as a family were not happy with. After Dad came out of hospital, we had Belong at Home Warrington, must say we've never looked back. All the staff have engaged with Dad and Dad was treated as family. The management especially has
gone above and beyond to make sure Dad was safe and happy. Dad and we were very happy with Belong at Home and would thoroughly recommend.

We have been using Belong at Home since 2022. The care my mum has received has been amazing. My mum always looked forward to their visits. The staff go above and beyond to make sure Mum was safe and happy. Good time-keeping and always left the kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy. Communication by everyone
was very clear and I particularly liked the relatives gateway. If I needed extra visits the managers always tried to accommodate our requests. I would definitely recommend Belong there.

My mother has been a client of Belong at Home for many years. The service and caring levels of all of the team are above and beyond any other care companies I have experienced.
Mum classes every one of them as personal friends rather than carers and she can be choosy about who she calls a friend!
Belong
at Home may not be the cheapest but in my opinion, cheap and quality rarely go hand in hand.

The day I met with Belong at Home is a day Mum and I will always be grateful for. The staff that have supported Mum over the last 18 months have treated her with respect and took the time to understand her individual needs. They introduced her to a member of staff who is a true angel. She has broken
down barriers and other people’s perceptions. She has then increased Mum’s confidence post-Covid so that she can again socialise independently as well as shop on her own or with support - always Mum’s choice. You feel like part of our family. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for Mum. As Mum says - 'friend'.

As a family, we have had excellent communications via staff. Dad has been treated with self-respect and dignity throughout his time with Belong, from start to finish. The staff have treated Dad as an extension of their own families. It has been a very hard decision to make as a family. Unfortunately,
Dad now needs 24-hour care for his own safety and well-being. We as a family will be forever grateful!

After using three other, bad care companies, I found Belong at Home. I changed to Belong and it's the best decision I made. They are a first-rate care company. The carers are excellent. They arrive at the correct time. I would recommend Belong at Home to any other person (and have done).

We wish to express our deep gratitude to you and your committed, dedicated team in providing a dignified/caring package of home care from December 2020 up until today, when Dad will be beginning another chapter of his illness in a 24/7 care facility.
We are in no doubt, had you and your team not been
associated with Dad, we would have not been able to have kept Dad at home as long as we have, for which we cannot express our thanks for developing a brilliant team and one we all will surely miss in the future.

We couldn't be more happy with the home we found Mum. A special place for an older family member. The Belong at Home Warrington care staff are kind, patient, caring people who treat Mum as their own family member. They keep Mum safe even with her bumpy health. Keep her smiling and happy. Andy is a highly motivated and caring member of the Belong at Home team and its longest-standing colleague, having been appointed as its first community support worker when the service was launched in 2009.


Andy embodies Belong values and has worked across the various Belong at Home regions to support local teams through various challenging periods. He has been instrumental in developing the service to its current level and is committed to taking it to the next level, both in terms of business growth and closer integration with the villages to ensure our services operate in a complementary manner. He is loved and admired by customers and colleagues alike, working closely with his care team and also with other managers, providing support to all who need it. As Head of Operations (Belong at Home), Andrew maintains his focus on the customer, leading by example and showing his usual determination to ensure that clients receive person-centred support from a team in which he is personally invested. Andrew is a great example of someone who lives and breathes the organisation’s ethos, values and culture, and instils these into both his team and other managers. He is a truly inspirational individual.

Rachael Gray

Job Title: Practice Development Facilitator

Rachael is an outstanding trainer, who has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for 29 years.


She started with Cheshire County Council in domiciliary care in 1996 and then joined CLS in 1997 where she worked as a Care Assistant and Care Team Leader before progressing to a Care Manager.


Recognising her passion for mentoring and developing others, she made the move to training company, Total People, where she worked for 15 years as a Training Advisor/Assessor/IQA supporting learners through various Health and Social Care qualifications at L2/3/5.


In 2017, she was appointed Practice Development Facilitator for Belong at Home, with responsibility for the professional development of our community support workers across all regions.


An invaluable member of our team, Rachael enjoys empowering others to be able to support customers in a person-centred way to ensure they receive continuity of high quality care.


Elaine

Elaine Wilson

Job Title: Enquiry Manager

Elaine brings a wealth of care sector experience to her role as Senior Enquiry Manager for Belong at Home and, above all, carries it out with enormous empathy and compassion.


She has supported the expansion of Belong’s home care service since 2016, providing advice, information and guidance to people seeking support in their own homes.


Prior to that she worked as Enquiry Manager for CLS Care Services for a number of years, applying her previous extensive experience as a frontline carer to bear in her ability to support enquirers through the process of finding the right care setting, as well as supporting managers to promote their care services effectively.


Elaine’s caring qualities have been honed over a long career in the care sector, which she first joined in 1988, holding a variety of roles, including Care Assistant, Activity Co-ordinator and Team Leader, before working as a highly effective Registered Home Manager for 15 years.
