I have been a client/user since October 2022. The service provided has been professional, friendly, and efficient. The carers have always been kind, and acutely aware of my needs, and ensure the assistance I get is relevant and correctly catalogued. The use of PPE is always of the highest standard,
and it is always considerately disposed of. I would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone contemplating sourcing a service of this kind. They really do go above and beyond, and in my view represent extremely good value for money.

I highly recommend Right at Home. What attracted us to this team was the commitment to a minimum of 1-hour visits, personalised care and the option to evolve support as care needs changed. The team provided support for my Dad over a period of two and a half years. He loved all the team who respected
him as a person and enabled him to stay in his own home. We started with a weekly companionship visit and moved inevitably to end-of-life care. In the last few months, we were supported as a family to coordinate care with local NHS services so my Dad could die as he wanted at home with family at his side after a short spell in hospital. The dedication shown by the carers we had a close relationship with in those last few weeks made a sad situation more bearable. It was a service worth investing in for peace of mind and quality of life for my Dad and for us as a family as we lived outside the local area. The team were responsive and easy to contact. We will miss them.

Right at home have cared for my mum since she had a stroke in 2021.
At first, we had 3 visits a day, then as the carers helped her gain independence this reduced to fewer visits and in recent months up to her passing Right at Home provided live-in care for 7 weeks.
All carers we have had were exceptionally
good and are professional and caring.
The agency is very family-friendly and flexible and I cannot recommend them more highly.
The owner is very engaged and helpful and went out of his way to find us a full-time carer for Mum to enable her to remain at home in her final weeks.

After having some horrendous “carers” for my dear Mum we decided to go with Right At Home, the best decision ever! The carers are wonderful and are so caring for my Mum, they feel like family. I can honestly say the fact that my Mum is still alive is down to them. Amazing company. Can't praise the whole

My parent has been receiving excellent care from the team at Right At Home over the past few years, initially just once a week but over the last year once a day. All the carers they have had have been brilliant, especially their main carer and goes above and beyond to make sure they have everything
they need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing care in the home.

Right at Home looked after my nan who had late-stage dementia. The carers were amazing and built a fantastic relationship with her. The management team ensured that she had continuity of care and that we were always updated with how things were going. Staff provided invaluable support during a very
difficult time. We'll recommend them to everyone!

As my husband's dementia increased, he has had invaluable support from his three carers from Right at Home. They helped me with his personal care and household chores, and he particularly enjoyed being taken on little outings. He always seemed brighter after their visits.
Sadly, the time has come for
my husband to move into a care home; but I am grateful to our carers for helping to make his last few years at home reasonably contented and stimulating. They were always patient, sensible and cheerful. They were good friends to both of us. I shall miss them.

Right at Home have been excellent with my parents. I live overseas and it is such a comfort to know the carers are going in and taking such good care of them. The carers are patient and flexible to my parents requirements and have spent time understanding they individual needs. It is not an easy job
to balance the right care and acceptance of my parents to help, Right at Home carers have absolutely supported this journey.

Thank you Right at Home ladies for the way you look after our mum. Mum has dementia and everyone treats her with such care it takes the worry away from the family. Mum was married for 63 years until Dad passed in 2019, she sometimes gets upset and confused as to where Dad is but you ladies comfort her.
This means a lot to us as a family and makes a difference to Mum. If asked if she wants a drink or something to eat 9 out of 10 times she says no, but you know how to get around this, and 9 times out of 10 she will have a drink and something to eat. It took her some time to get used to people coming into her home. I'm sure she made it difficult for you ladies at first, but now she looks forward to your visits. We also want to thank the office staff who are always there when needed. Thank you everyone we wouldn't be without you. The app is brilliant to keep us updated with how Mum has been and we can react to the comments. Thank you.

Having recently been discharged from hospital and having heard Right at Home provided an excellent service I contacted them and I received brilliant personal care. As an elderly frail 98-year-old living independently with limited mobility, I need assistance with my daily activities. I routinely receive care for one hour each day; primarily to assist with bathing and dressing. I have comfort in knowing who will be attending in advance and have a consistent team
of carers over the week. The care and attention I receive are exemplary and personalised to my individual requirements. Each and every carer always shows me the utmost respect, whilst being naturally friendly and approachable.


Every carer has shown dedication and empathy to my personal circumstances and each is equally flexible when asked to do something different or new. Many times my carers have gone beyond what I would expect and they each demonstrate to me that they truly care for my health and welfare.
I would and have recommended Right at Home (South Trafford) to others considering employing carers to undertake home visits.


I wish Right at Home continued success in the future.

We have been very pleased with the service provided to my mother over the last twelve months from Right at Home. The carers are really good and passionate about their roles. They treat my mum more like a friend than a client. Mum really enjoys their visits. For the last few weeks, we have had overnight
care for mum. They have all been lovely - going above and beyond to make sure mum is well and safe. We cannot recommend Right at Home highly enough.

Right at Home has provided exceptional care for my mother, who was sent home from the hospital on palliative care last year. Each and every one of the carers who have been involved with my mother's ongoing care has been wonderful. They are all caring, kind, competent, knowledgeable, mature, and they
have all ensured that a long, and sometimes difficult process, has been made much easier by their collective actions.
We have been confident that our mother has been in extremely good hands during any family absences, and they have offered her not just practical help, such as washing, eating, cleaning, but also they have been lovely in looking after her dog, and also her mental wellbeing. We cannot recommend Right at Home enough and all the wonderful carers who work there.
If you are looking for an organisation to care kindly and compassionately for your loved one, then Right at Home is definitely worth considering; they are a wonderful organisation.

We started to use Right At Home in December 2020 when my parents found living in their apartment a struggle. We started with a couple of visits a day which latterly became four visits. All the carers were excellent and my parents very much enjoyed their company as well as being well-fed and looked after.
It was a huge help to me as the only local relative and I was always kept informed where necessary but not unnecessarily so. They always got this balance right. This year my father had more health issues and after much thought, I decided they would need more care and have decided to move both to a local nursing home. This was a big decision and no reflection on Right At Home. I am actually very sad to lose the contact as my parents will miss the individual carers. I would very highly recommend Right At Home to anyone in a similar position to myself as they definitely gave my parents a very happy additional fifteen months in their own home.

Right at Home have looked after my mother in her final months, allowing her to stay in her own home which was very important to her. This meant she could be with her pet dog which gave her great comfort during her palliative care. It also meant that she was in familiar surroundings and not in a hospital
environment.


All the carers have been astonishingly kind and caring, and their help during these challenging months have allowed Mum to live her life in dignity in the comfort of her own home. They have not only helped Mum, but they have also been towers of strength to my sister and I, for which we will be eternally grateful. I cannot recommend Right at Home enough. As a care provider, they have been exceptional, and as individuals, they have all been wonderful. As an organisation, they have renewed my faith in human kindness. Every single member of staff has gone over and above whatever has been required, and we have been blown away by their fantastic care.

Right at Home have provided fantastic care for my mum over many months now. They have really taken the time to understand her needs and likes and have adapted as these changed over time. They recruit staff who genuinely care and go the extra mile to do the best for their clients. The managers have kept
in touch with me too, with regular discussions to make sure the care provided meets the needs. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Knowing they are looking after mum is such a reassurance.

My mum has complex physical and emotional needs, which have been met in every way.
As her condition has changed, there has been great proactive responsiveness between all involved in her care. There is a genuine affection and bond between the carers and my mum, and great communication with me too.
They go more than the extra mile. I have complete peace of mind knowing that they treat my mum like their own family.

My father needed some help after suffering a fractured knee. The owner and their team have been an absolute godsend to us. Living some 100 miles away from my father I am now able to relax knowing he has reliable, professional carers that offer him excellent service and will help in any way they can
from tidying up, washing clothes, cleaning, and managing his meds to making him freshly cooked meals and shopping for him as and when needed. All the carers have been excellent and the communication and concern they have shown for my father have been wonderful. The service has been flexible enough to cope with his frequent admissions to the hospital, ensuring that when he comes home he has a care package around him. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone in a similar position.

Most of us at some point in our lives will have to make difficult decisions about the care and well-being of elderly or disabled loved ones. It can be a traumatic and very emotional time for all concerned. Fortunately, there are many good organisations and people who are well trained and committed to helping elderly and disabled people maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.


I decided to become a part of Right at Home because of their exceptionally high standards, their well-developed systems, and especially their ethics. Each local office is owned and managed by local people like me who are committed to serving their communities. Our endeavours are backed by Right at Home, which has a growing world-wide network of more than 500 offices. Accordingly, we have a wide support network of knowledgeable and experienced owners and our national office to draw on.


Prior to opening Right at Home South Trafford, I had masters degrees in business and marketing. I have since completed an NOQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.


Our commitment to the South Trafford area is to ensure that the quality of care and the well-being of our clients is at the heart of everything we do. Our caregivers are carefully selected and provided with continuous training and support to enhance their skills and (if they wish) develop their careers in health and social care. We work with the client and their family to develop the right care plan for the circumstances.

As Registered Care Manager for Right at Home South Trafford, my role is to ensure the implementation and compliance of relevant legislation and regulatory body guidance. I have over 20 years of experience in Health and social care, 17 years as a Registered Care Manager in Domiciliary Care along with ‘hands-on’ care experience.  I joined Right at Home South Trafford as I share the same values, whereby trust, quality, compassion and respect are at the centre of everything they do. 



My heart is in homecare, I am very passionate about person-centred care and believe that everyone has the right to live a fulfilling life, empowering them to make decisions about what their care looks like. It is a privilege to be involved in devising person-centred support plans that enhance people’s quality of life. 



I have achieved various qualifications over the years including Level 4 in Health & Social Care, train the trainer in Alzheimer’s, Medication, Manual Handling and Safeguarding. I was fortunate enough to be chosen by the Department of Health to be trained as a Life story work train the trainer, proving to be an excellent tool when supporting clients with dementia. 


It’s important to me that all Caregivers have the skills and knowledge required to ensure we provide our clients with excellent support, ensuring dignity, respect and safety always. 


I have a positive outlook and am at my happiest when I am helping people. I hope that my experience and compassion will support people on their homecare journey. I love meeting clients along with building great relationships with both clients and caregivers.

Working at Right at Home as a carer while studying allowed me to learn the practical side of care as well as help me complete my assignments. I have been working for Right at Home for almost three years now, I now have a Level six degree in Integrated Health and Social Care and have been promoted to senior carer.
