The three weeks that I had Right at Home care was very good. All the care people were excellent. I would recommend this care team to my friends at any time.

My mother-in-law (aged 90) suffered major isolation issues from early 2019. She lost her social life and as a result, her confidence, living in a flat on her own became a serious issue. We like many then in this situation turned to the care sector and after the usual Google searches etc. came to the

conclusion Right at Home looked a sound choice. We duly engaged Right at Home and commenced with a daily morning, afternoon and evening visit which we later extended to an additional afternoon visit. The service provided was first class, the carers were caring, timely and professional in the way they carried out their role and built a relationship with my mother-in-law. On occasions where needed, they would contact us if they felt there was a need for us to be aware of any situation. The management team are supportive and flexible when, due to issues, we needed to change things and looked to keep a constant team in place to avoid unsettling issues. You could do no better choosing them.

Overall Experience

Right at Home were recommended to us to help with the daily care of my mother. What an outstanding company! From the initial enquiry right through to the care package that is now in place they have been faultless. Nothing is too much trouble, they are flexible and really care for their clients and families.

It has already made such a difference in our lives.

Overall Experience

This time last year I was struggling to sort out good reliable care in the home for my Mum (86 years old) who had come out of hospital after a major operation. Poor Mum had had 3 weeks of NHS assessment care which was not good, in fact, it was awful. That came to an end, thank goodness and I came across

Right at Home. Unfortunately, my Mum passed away on May 14th but the care the team gave to my Mum from the first time they came to the last visit was wonderful. Not only did they look after Mum to such a high standard, but also made sure I was coping and were always there for both of us. They fully deserve their reward, well done.

My dad has only been receiving care from the Right at Home (South Manchester) team since the beginning of November but I have no hesitation in recommending them for the exceptional care and support they provide. Dad had been admitted to the hospital in October with pneumonia and with the excellent nursing

care he received there, he recovered well enough to be discharged. Unfortunately, he was not well enough to look after himself at home so I sought recommendations for a private care provider. The Right at Home team were most highly regarded as the best so I contacted them without hesitation. The friendly and caring approach they have shown from the very beginning has both reassured and helped my dad so much in his rehabilitation. He looks forward to the Carers' visits now and a genuine bond has built between them. I am both relieved and grateful for the recommendation I received because, in my opinion, the Right at Home team really are the best!

Overall Experience

Right at Home have cared for my Dad for nearly 2 years, initially providing support once a day with medication and a meal plus they took him out once a week for coffee and cake which he loved. During the lockdown, they were fantastic supporting him and reassuring me when I could not visit. Since he

came home from the hospital in July, they have provided day-care and some overnight care allowing him to stay safely and happily in his home. The office team even helped chase up the support and facilities Dad needed to stay in his home. The carers are all brilliant going way beyond what is asked of them and most importantly my Dad has a laugh with them. They are very patient with him too - encouraging him to eat and drink, tempting him with home-cooked meals and smoothies, taking him out for walks and appointments and even liaising with district nurses and dieticians. They always keep me up to date on his well being so I am able to relax when I go home. I would recommend them to anyone as the best.

Overall Experience

I would like to express my appreciation for the service your company has provided over the past 15-months. We have been very impressed with the carers who have visited us. Not only have they provided an excellent standard of care for my husband’s physical needs but have given friendship and support

to us both. I shall miss their cheery visits!
We are grateful for the continuity of carers over the past few months. It was so much better for my husband, in view of his Alzheimers, to see the same carers each weekday, and he became more cooperative as a result.
Please pass on my personal thanks to all the carers who have helped us. They are a credit to your company.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone needing support in their home.

Overall Experience

We have been using the services of the Right at Home team for a number of years now as they care for our mum and dad at their home. The staff give an all-round excellent level of care and are very good communicators day to day over our parents' various needs. Especially in this difficult period of lockdown

the carers offer kindness and support, and they are much appreciated for their companionship.
I would highly recommend this company to other elderly people and their families.

Overall Experience

Because of the Covid lockdown we needed to find for my aunt an alternative way of supporting her at home. Right at Home quickly and efficiently provided an excellent package of care appropriate for her needs, both the individual providing the care, support within the home and as an organisation. As

the lockdown has changed we are again able to revert to the pre-Covid support but if circumstances change I would have no hesitation in employing Right at Home again.

Overall Experience

When my husband, who is terminally ill, was discharged from hospital earlier than expected, Right at Home quickly put a care plan together and the carers went above and beyond to get him settled on his first night home. I have found the standard of care to be exceptional. They have treated my husband

with kindness and dignity and have shown me and our family just as much care and kindness in what is a very difficult situation. They are always professional, friendly and cheerful. My husband could not have continued to stay at home without this standard of care. They have also helped me obtain funding towards the cost of care, which I hadn’t been aware I was entitled to. I know Right at Home will help us face what is going to be a very difficult time. The carers are a pleasure to have in the house and make our days brighter. I would say 'this is the company that doesn’t go the extra mile it goes the extra marathon'.
I would rate excellent for all options.

We cannot thank the staff and management for all they have done to look after my father in law over the last few months. We found that all staff were professional, reliable and gave the support we have requested. My father in law liked all the staff who visited him. When we had an emergency, Right at

Home stepped in to help us out in addition to the original visits. We explained what we needed to be put in place and the company endeavoured to meet our needs. We had regular updates which was very helpful. Right at Home have been truly supportive of my father in law, as well as our family. We would highly recommend Right at Home South Manchester.

Overall Experience

Right at Home (South Trafford) have been providing care for my dad for the last month. All the care staff are friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. They have formed an excellent relationship with my dad, not only providing the care he needs but also providing friendship and companionship early

morning and later on in the evening. They have removed a great deal of worry we have had as a family.
The management has also provided an excellent service to me, answering any questions and queries I have. They are always contactable anytime night or day.
I can highly recommend Right at Home for the care of a loved one.

My elderly aunt has been receiving care from Right at Home (South Trafford) for over eighteen months now and this has enabled her to stay in her own home despite her frailty and medical conditions. The standard of care she has received has been superlative; her carers are kind, efficient and flexible,

carrying out tasks as required (from helping her to shower in the morning, doing household chores, cooking a meal, to providing chat and companionship). It is particularly constructive to have one designated carer who attends most of the time; my aunt’s main carer has become a good friend and my aunt looks forward to her visits. The manager and the office team are also very patient and helpful and care for their clients as individuals. My aunt’s quality of life has significantly improved with the care she has received from Right at Home, and I would highly recommend them.

Right at Home (South Trafford) have been looking after my father for a couple of months now. I wanted to write a review now as I am amazed at how efficient and professional all of the carers are that come to take care of him. They have taken a huge weight off my mind knowing he is in good hands. They

have even supported me with advice on all things I know nothing about in the way of what help is out there for Dad as I’m sure if you're reading this, you will know the whole process is very confusing. They are always on time and really do go out of their way to help if things are not going to plan within his care. Even popping in and out of their own schedules to check on him. His care is still ongoing and we are looking for a live-in carer moving forward and I know that he will have the right person to do this. If you are looking up who can help you, I would stop searching the internet for other companies as I can’t stress enough that you have already found the best.

Mum, terminally ill, was only a client from early December until she could no longer remain at home in Mid- February this year. However, in that time, the service she received was excellent from all her caregivers but particularly from her lead caregiver, who often went above and beyond the call of

duty to the extent that in that short time, mum came to regard her as a good friend.

From the attentive, efficient and caring management team to the impressive caregivers, I cannot thank them enough for their attitude and efforts, and only wish their standards could be universal throughout the sector. I would have no hesitation in recommending them highly and it was a pleasure doing business with them from start to finish. They certainly enriched my mum’s few short months with them.

Right at Home (South Trafford) have been providing carers on a daily basis to my mother who lives at home on her own. After the initial resistance to having to accept this service my mother genuinely looks forward to the visits.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to provide care

for a relative. I am always able to speak to a friendly member of staff on the phone, and nothing is too much trouble. It is a weight off my mind knowing that this is in place.

Mum has only been receiving care from Right at Home for just 2 weeks but I can already see an improvement in her general wellbeing. The staff and carers are friendly, helpful, well organised and genuinely seem to care for mum, nothing is too much trouble. She is already settled with her carers and enjoys

their visits, her mood has lifted and she has started responding to them. I have been kept informed right the way through the process and receive regular phone calls from the carer, who is fabulous, really well organised and keeps on top of everything. I also met the manager on the first visit, who is a lovely caring person. I am very impressed by the level and quality of care from these providers and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Overall Experience

My brother and I have been using the services of Right at Home for over 3 years now for my 98-year-old mother. Initially, she had 3 visits a day to prepare meals and help with the household chores and more recently we have progressed to a live-in carer as she has become more frail.

I can’t praise

the manager and his team enough! Nothing is too much trouble and he always keeps my brother and myself informed as to any issues or concerns whatever the time of day or night.

My mum has liked all the carers provided and has become fond of the manager, as he sometimes calls in just for a chat with her.

Highly recommended.

I used Right at Home to care for my father for nearly a year, only finishing with them in January this year when my father was admitted to hospital and sadly passed away.
They looked after my father 2 days a week and the whole time he was treated with the utmost dignity and had wonderful care. He looked

forward to the carers coming, and they went out of their way to make sure he was well looked after,
The staff in the office were a pleasure to deal with and they never let us down. They always made sure that the carers they provided knew my father and understood all his medical requirements.
I would recommend Right at Home time and time again and can’t thank them enough for the wonderful care my father received.
