We know that care requirements can evolve rapidly; our ability to respond immediately and fulfil every request - from additional visits to 24-hour care - was, I know, a critical resource for your family in a time of need. Our professional care is built on a foundation of compassion, kindness, and empathy - unteachable values. What an extraordinary kindness is it to share this experience. Palliative and end-of-life home care is something that we do frequently for Bath and Bristol residents, but the experience is deeply felt, intensely private, and not often shared in the public domain. I sincerely appreciate you sharing your experience of our end-of-life care here; it was a great honour to deliver support for your Nan, caring for her night and day. A decline in health can happen quickly, our carers are constantly monitoring well-being and our service is agile when it comes to making changes to the level of support provided. This responsiveness was critical for your family in a time of great need and anxiety. Keeping your nan comfortable and happy in her Hartcliffe home was incredibly special for our Bluebirds. Our carers approach with compassion, empathy, and kindness to instil confidence and ease stress. Thank you for allowing us to support your beloved Nan and your whole family during her passing.

Your contributions are invaluable. It has been a joy to care for you and I am delighted to read that you could not wish for better care. We hire for values - kindness, compassion, empathy - and train for excellence in professional care. Your carers work tirelessly to ensure they arrive on the dot of every visit but sadly they do sometimes encounter traffic, inclement weather, and emergencies at preceding visits which requires a very small window of flexibility around your scheduled visit time, in line with our contract; this should be communicated to you by our fantastic Care Coordination team. Tim Rowland Jones studied Business Management at University before going to work in the family business.
Experience in staff management and customer service has helped Tim develop the Bluebird Care office. Tim Rowland Jones has always lived in Bath and as such understands the local community and knows the area very well.
Like many other people, his first real experience of the care industry came at a time when his own grandfather who suffered from dementia was admitted to a residential home. The care he went on to receive was of a particularly high standard, and this served as an inspiration and as the driving force behind his involvement with Bluebird Care.
Tim is now particularly passionate about caring for people living with dementia and dedicates much of his spare time to volunteering at local day centres and the Royal United Hospital in Bath, spending time and ‘befriending’ people with dementia.
