Anglia Living Care Services provide home care services in the Ipswich area. Care workers are trained to provide professional and person care with respect for the client.

Care can be provided on a one to one basis by care workers skilled to carry out a number of tasks including providing a few hours care and round the clock care if required.

Care workers exercised interest, support and a high level of care to meet Mum's needs and were very alert to the special needs that she had. The service was delivered with a smile and provided confidence that all needs were being met.

My mother has been receiving daily care from this agency for some time now and has been very happy with the service. She mainly has the same carer which gives her confidence in the care provided.
The carers are kind, polite and punctual.
Her care plans are reviewed every six months and changes made
if needed.
As her daughter, it gives me peace of mind that she is happy with her care.

We have met 4 members of staff so far and everyone of them is absolutely lovely, jolly and caring. Can't do enough for you. We are extremely pleased.

Very polite, my memory not being too sharp now it's a good job to remember all the questions asked, but I must say all the carers and office staff are most helpful and what I can member the care co-ordinator has always been most helpful, polite and efficient.
They are very punctual, on time. Their
care is excellent - I have no thought of changing my care company as I am really satisfied with the way they carry out their duties. Thank you Anglia Care.

It is said first impressions are often good. I was very impressed with the way the manager carried out the assessment and explained all that was on offer and the way it was presented. As for the carers they all seem to be European, ours is and very efficient and seemed to love her job. Time consistent,
always there, others not so efficient or welded to their position. Generally overall the service is VG to excellent.
