It's got to be said that I'm very troubled by the 4 stars for "treated with dignity" and would very much like to know why the 5th star is missing so we could put right whatever wasn't right for you? Likewise the 3 stars for value for money; we do charge more than average so we can pay our caregivers more than average as they are different to others and deserve to be seen as such and rewarded appropriately.
That said I'm very happy that you have marked us 5 stars overall and are extremely likely to recommend us. Thank you.
