We have used this care provider for both myself and my husband for the last two years. They have responded quickly to our needs in changing circumstances, their staff are invariably well trained for their duties and respectful of our needs. They are supportive ensuring we get our medication and ensuring
our house is clean and hygienic.

The person I get from Caremark is for domestic duties, I have no complaints at all with the tasks that they do, and I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for domestic or other care needs. The work that is done is completed to a very high standard and I have no complaints, everything
is spotless after they leave, and am more than happy to recommend.

The staff provide an excellent service.
My main carer is very caring and kind and she always makes sure that my hearing aids are working.
The office staff is always very helpful and they are always there to help with my issue of change and make it an excellent value for money. Would recommend it
to everyone.

The care company is good. The carers I see often are good and talk to me. Two carers I like play my favorite songs and help me with my care. All the carers treat me with dignity. I like it when they visit me every day and worry about my health and well-being. I recommend Caremark to my neighbors too.

Caremark have provided personal care needs for my father since August 2023. I would have rated them excellent but Dad's only gripe was the carers occasionally ran late. I did try to explain this was due to traffic etc but obviously as you get older your world narrows. The agency were a joy to deal with,
nothing was too much trouble and the internal communication between my mum and dad, the admin ladies and the carers couldn’t be faulted. Weekly schedules were emailed to me and posted to Mum which was a huge help. The carers coming in to Dad were always cheerful and treated both Mum and Dad with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend Caremark and would definitely use their services again should the need arise.

We brought Mum down to Surrey for a five night stay, with the support of Caremark here. They did a wonderful job, especially as they didn't know Mum prior to this contact. Two of the staff were exceptional - very positive, 'can do', sensitive and very efficient. Can't thank them enough.

Caremark have looked after my father for the last few years. As I live overseas I was greatly dependent on them to keep me informed on how Dad was and any needs he had. My father needed urgent care upon hospital discharge after being diagnosed with untreatable pancreatic cancer. It was an incredibly sad and shocking time for our family. I called a number of carers to discuss care at home for my dad upon hospital discharge but a particular member of staff's kindness
and professionalism stood out straight away. They promptly met with us the evening Dad returned home from the hospital and we started our contract with Caremark the very next day. They were kind, caring, thoughtful and considerate; always professional and compassionate. We instantly warmed to her and we just knew that they were the right firm for us. It was a huge relief to find such great care so quickly at such a sad and upsetting time. The Field Care Supervisor and the team were incredibly kind, reassuring, warm, helpful and compassionate. Their care of my dad was exemplary. I really cannot recommend Caremark enough; thank you all for everything. You treated my dad with the utmost consideration and you were incredibly kind to us all.

The care agency have always worked with us to make sure that my elderly mother-in-law gets the best care possible and the carer that suits her best. There are some dementia issues and the carer has never been put off by the 'get out of my house' and has treated my mother-in-law with the utmost respect
and has helped her to see that it's okay to have help and for us travelling for work it has been wonderful knowing that every day she has been cared for and we know that she is safe in their hands. They have been exceptional in their care and support for us and we are so very thankful to them.

From the moment I met the staff at Caremark, Egham they have impressed me in every way. I have over 20 years of experience in the care industry and knew what I was looking for. My elderly mother was recovering from sepsis and needed help with personal care three times a day in her own home. Caremark
does provide half-hour care calls which most other much more expensive agencies do not. I had to increase the care for my mother recently and Caremark could not have been more accommodating, professional and efficient.
I can only thank all the staff including the polite, respectful carers for looking after my mother. It has made a difficult time in our lives seem so much easier. I cannot thank you and praise you all enough. Well done.

Caremark provided an exceptional level of care and support at a difficult time. Our fiercely independent father needed some subtle support in his late years and was accepting of the support given despite our reservations. Our mother was a very independent person who wanted to live at home. She was able to do this even in her nineties, however, by the summer of 2021, this was becoming more and more difficult for her. With the support of the council and the hospital trust, a care at home package was put together with Caremark.
The last few months of her life were particularly difficult but with the magnificent support of Caremark the care at home plan enabled her to maintain her independence. I know that she would have been very grateful for the support and compassion shown by all the Caremark team.

My friend has received outstanding care and attention from all the carers (four visits a day) from Caremark for over two years. He is bedbound and suffers from memory loss, but he has been treated with great understanding and empathy by all the carers with whom he has built up a high level of trust
and communication. My liaison with Caremark has been constantly extremely good with a very open and prompt response to any matters raised. I feel comfortable with my friend in Caremark's care and supervision, especially when I am away on holiday.

My 96 year old Mother had carers for the last twelve months of her life which enabled her to remain in her own home. She was a very independent lady and was very reluctant to have carers but came to rely on them more and more. They were always very professional and efficient but more importantly they
