It's reassuring that Caremark look after our 95-year old Auntie, whilst she is reasonably active and self-sufficient, she can be a bit forgetful and relishes the regular relationship she has developed with her carers.

Catemark (Spelthorne & Runnymede) have been looking after my mother since November last year and I can honestly say that at the age of 92 she looks better now that she did a year ago. She is looked after by a team of carers who understand the word care. They are absolutely brilliant from the senior
management right the way to the carers in the field.
They are all prepared to go the extra mile and nothing is to much trouble.
Thank you guys, all and every one of you.

Caremark has been outstanding in their care of my partner's father. The Carers are friendly and helpful, and as we live some distance away, it gives us peace of mind to know they are looking after him every day. When necessary they go beyond the scope of their usual visits, dealing with any medical
situation calmly and responsibly. For example, when he had a blockage in his suprapubic catheter, the Carers phoned the NHS more than once and each time was promised that the District Nurse or GP would visit. This did not happen and time went into a 2nd then 3rd day, so the Care Supervisor stepped in and, mindful of the discomfort and risk of infection, phoned the hospital then took him in to the Urology department herself for treatment. This was very much appreciated, and we feel we can rely on Caremark to take good care of him, with the Managing Director keeping us informed of any problems and resolutions.

Last evening I was passing by my neighbour's flat when her carer arrived.
We could hear the resident of the flat calling out for help.
She dropped what she was carrying and used the key safe to enter the flat.
She then used pillows and cushions to make her client comfortable on the floor whilst I
called to request that an ambulance be dispatched urgently.
I have to say that if I needed a Carer I would be most grateful if it were her. She was calm, compassionate, comforting, sensible and practical and did all the right things including phoning a relative of the Resident and making other necessary calls.
If there were a star rating I would give her 5 out of 5.
It speaks volumes for Caremark that their carers are so well trained.
My friend's carer is worth her weight in gold.

Caremark (Spelthorne) assisted my mother and supported our family at a time of need.


Never had we thought we would require a care service for my mother at only aged 65 however due to a fall she needed a lot of support following a long stay in hospital.


Caremark were available to assist us at short

notice with the provision of care.


Our main carers were fantastic and would do anything to support my mum and her home.


We felt reassured with the support of the care manager who was always at hand should we need to discuss my mums care package.


Further to this, the overall management and administration is second to none. I was able to easily communicate with the office on a regular basis, updating my mums care package on a weekly basis.


I would like to thank the team at Caremark (Spelthorne) for all of their support through what has been a very difficult time for my mum and the family.

Caremark have been providing daily care (mornings and evenings) and support to my mother who has Alzheimers. The service provided has been excellent. They were very quick to respond when they were needed, and have been providing continuing care since April 2015. I receive regular updates, suggestions
and advice from the team, they are even now helping with some home cooking. I would highly recommend Caremark to anyone who needs someone they can trust to look after a loved one who is in a vulnerable position.
