SureCare Chester provides person-centred care services to clients in their own homes. Live-in support is available, which includes dementia care, palliative care, reablement, and client-specific care which requires specialist training. SureCare can also provide care and support for those with learning and physical disabilities.

The SureCare team devises individualised support plans which take each client’s interests, likes and dislikes into account and are arranged on the client’s terms to ensure continuity of their existing arrangements and routines.

SureCare provides a range of care services including personal care, such as washing, dressing, medication support, and skin and hair care. The team can also help with daily life activities such as shopping, assisting with attending clubs and participating in hobbies, and accompanying clients to appointments.

The care package was changed very regularly and I only just became used to one carer when another one took over.
My condition determined greatly as to which carers were attending.

The experience has been a very pleasant and satisfactory one. I have been treated with care and dignity. The carers are always happy and very willing to help. I cannot fault the service and would recommend it. Thanks for the help given.

SureCare (Chester) provide a live-in care service for my Nanna. Due to her memory condition without this dedicated support, she would be unable to remain living in the house she has called home for over 58 years. The care provided is second to none and the staff are now an extended part of the family.

The Surecare carers provide a 24/7 live in service enabling our Mum to continue to live in her own home. They provide an excellent, caring service, always there to help Mum in her day to day activities.
Brilliant carers who we wouldn't be able to provide the care for Mum without them.
