I am quite happy with the care I receive from Elite Care. The ladies who come to my home are always pleasant and chatty and always do the jobs I ask them to do.

I am writing on behalf of my wife who is unable to take part due to her having dementia. She has had care from your Elite Care Services over the last two months which has been first-class. We have now extended the care from one day to two days per week considering her age of 86 she has enjoyed the care
given. I am 91 and appreciate your efforts of care. Thank you very much.

As a family, we are so impressed by the standard of care given to my mother. Without exception, the carers go above and beyond in the care they give to her. Her mental health has improved so much since the carers started to visit in January and for this, we are very appreciative.

You normally get to hear about a service when it's all going wrong and I am a stickler for detail.
When I needed to get professional care for my parents I was very unsure about the services that could be provided. Elite Care Services has completely astounded me with their caring family approach, a
few words written on the internet to say thank you for looking after my mother and father and are still caring for my father after my mother passed away.
They have been nothing short of brilliant, I would recommend the service to anyone, please if you are like myself looking after ageing parents, then you need to look no further.
Thank you.

Excellent in all aspects. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble. You ask and they try their utmost to assist. All carers are trained to the best level. They endeavour to make the person they are caring for feel relaxed and valued. Thank you.

Elite look after my husband beautifully, all staff are caring and treat him with dignity. As well as his personal care I have used Elite to sit with him when I have had to go to appointments. I would be lost without them as I don't have family nearby.

My initial contact with the manager and subsequent companionship visits for my mum have all been handled professionally and with person-centred care. My mum is thrilled with her companionship visit once a week which provides her with stimulating conversation and friendship, providing me with peace of
mind on the days I can't be there myself. The service is priceless to Mum nearing her 96th year.

I am writing this on behalf of my mum and dad. My dad had dementia and we brought Elite Care in to help mum with dad in the mornings. The carers were lovely with dad and mum. They would stay late if things took a little longer. In particular, one of them stayed several hours later when dad was not well.
I would highly recommend Elite Care Services.

Elite Care Services (UK) Ltd has been caring for my mum for the past five years. We are very pleased with the service and have just added another visit each week. The girls are very caring, helpful and trustworthy and my mum always looks forward to their visits. They have been wonderful during lockdown,
showing total professionalism and dedication to their role as carers.
My mum suffers with severe anxiety so we have just two carers visiting throughout the year. During holiday times Elite are flexible and considerate to make sure they continue to provide an excellent service. We would be lost without them and can highly recommend Elite as a company.

Elite provided extremely professional service when setting up the care for my mother. Staff corresponded with a caring and professional manner and assisted us in getting a suitable care package in place, which we are delighted with. My mother has been given support with many unforeseen aspects and it

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Elite Care Services (UK) Ltd is based on 4 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 = 4.25

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
