1. Reviewed our medication policy and procedures
2. Completed additional training of staff
3. Made changes to our scheduled and unscheduled working supervisions of staff to raise standards.
4. Made changes to personnel.
A further med error occurred after receiving this information from the MD. We chose not to complain again as we subsequently terminated our Agreement with the Trinity and have not regretted that decision.
I believe the person in charge has left the Company.

However, towards the end of the journey, when my nan passed away, which was not expected, neither her support worker or the agency themselves called, wrote or sent any condolence to myself or the family. My nan was in hospital for a total of seven weeks, and in those seven weeks, I didn't receive a call or message from anyone at Trinity asking how my nan is doing. This was a difficult time for myself and I found it hard to understand and upsetting that a care agency, who cared for my nan for nearly two years acted this way. The care they provided, I could not fault, however, they really need to improve this aspect of care.

Joined: 2014
Barbara joined Trinity Homecare in April 2014 as a part-time Visiting Carer. Since then, she has never looked back. Barbara believes that a career in care is one of the most fulfilling and rewarding of jobs and loves working with the team at Trinity.
Before joining Trinity, Barbara worked as a district manager for Surrey County Council supporting a large number of college restaurants. Over the past few years, Trinity Homecare has enabled her to gain professional experience and valuable skills and opened her eyes to other possibilities. Barbara is currently completing the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement.
She is delighted to be working with a fantastic team of live-in Care Assistants, clients and their loved ones. She thoroughly enjoys her role in providing tailored care and support to all of Trinity's clients and their families.
