Thank you for the honest feedback. As you are aware, we are currently undergoing a big challenge of implementing a new care planning and rostering system, as well as restructuring the branch with a brand new care manager. We are investing in better systems so we can monitor each performance better. This change will not happen overnight. At the same time, we are investing heavily into recruiting overseas staff due to the current lack of people available to work. We want to be able to ensure that we are ready to operate with the high-quality standards we are used to.
