I cannot praise this company highly enough. Our family has used Right at Home for a couple of years now. Initially for help at home and then full-time care so we have experience with most of their services. Nothing was too much trouble even at very short notice. They made our life so much easier selecting
perfect carers for our needs. Her help and expertise always exceeded our expectations. Can thoroughly recommend Right at Home, especially this branch.

Everyone was prompt on visits. I knew who was coming and when. Any changes, which were rare, I was told about. All the carers were excellent; they were very professional and cared with compassion, providing dignity and kindness to my father. They told me of any concerns and were supportive to me also.

Everyone has been very kind to mum and we have found that you are all very helpful towards mum's care, always quick to help out in any event of change. When required, all the girls we have seen over the last year have been very nice.

My mother's previous carers suspended offering services in the area. Right at Home have made the transition very smooth, with a very professional, helpful and user-friendly approach. My mother is very happy with her new carers to date, which is a great relief to me

My mum has been very happy with her carers. They all take time to talk to her and put her at ease. Myself and my sister and happy in the knowledge that she is in safe hands at showing times as this was one of our biggest worries. We have regular updates on how mum is doing. Would recommend this home

Right at Home came to the family’s rescue to provide care and support for both of our elderly parents one who has serious health issues, the other with Alzheimers. The care was provided after consultation and introduction meeting. Both parents rely on regularity and structure, this was provided by a
team of carers, whose timekeeping was impeccable and the extent of duties were wide ranging. I would recommend this business for anybody else in a similar situation and thank them for their help.

Before finding Right at Home care, my family and I were so stressed out about the standard of previous carers we'd had. They were late, inefficient and not knowledgeable about my mum's dementia.
Now we are stress-free! The staff are excellent timekeepers, reliable and professional.

Right at Home Loughton were amazingly helpful - a real lifesaver. My relative was weak after being discharged from hospital with pneumonia. A staff member came out to see him straight away and introduced us to a wonderful carer, who started a few days later. Couldn't be more grateful. This has changed
his life for the better. He gets to stay at home with family and it's a huge weight off my mind that he is being well looked after and eating great food. Thanks so much.
