From the very first call with the manager, I just knew that my Mum was in safe and caring hands. The carers that attended to my mum in the last months and up to her eventual passing was amazing. Very considerate, caring and would go the extra mile to make sure all her needs were attended to. The manager
became my backbone in the last days of mum life. She supported me and guided me when I was at my lowest. She did everything possible when there were some difficult situations and resolved the problem. I really cannot thank the manager and her team of carers enough. They became part of the family and are still in touch with welfare calls to me. I would recommend without hesitation. I would like to add my personal thanks to the manager, carers and her fellow colleagues for making my mum smile when she desperately needed that helping hand.

We were very appreciative of the excellent service that was provided over the four months that my mother was with us recovering from a hip operation, not only were her physical needs met with kindness and understanding but I know she appreciated the little chats that all the carers found time for. Although
she felt anxious every day that a stranger was coming as soon as she saw a familiar face she relaxed. On a personal level, my husband and I really appreciated the break, knowing she was comfortable and well cared for.

My husband came home from hospital bed-bound and scheduled for end of life care. Over the last six weeks, he has rallied and is now walking around his room with a frame and is expecting to improve further. The staff and management at Right at Home have responded to his changing needs quickly and enthusiastically,
adapting the list of tasks to be done on each of the four daily visits, and the schedule of carers to attend, without any hassle. The carers are respectful, friendly and compassionate and my husband enjoys their company as they tend to his needs and help him with his exercises. Two carers attend on each visit and so continuity can sometimes be a problem as we may see as many as 17 different carers in a week, which is not ideal, but the schedulers do their best to accommodate the timing of visits to suit us. Timekeeping is very good and the mobile app is very informative.

Really impressed with the level of care and service provided. Carers go that extra mile and I feel safe in the knowledge that my grandmother is being taken care of. The carers know how to treat her with dignity and respect and ensure she is happy and getting whatever she needs. The relationship between
the carer and my grandmother is very well matched.

This company were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They came to assess my aunt, her needs and was very precise with details. We had dealt with a company beforehand that treated her poorly and when we decided to go with this company it was the best thing we could have done. They treated her with
such great respect and dignity throughout the whole time they were caring for her. They went above and beyond their job to make sure she wasn’t only cared for but that she felt like she had friendly company and someone to chat to throughout. She was at the end of her life while being cared for by this company and we, as a family couldn’t wish for a better end of life for our aunt. Thank you very much to you all for being so lovely and such great carers.

We have entrusted Mum's care requirements with this company for several years now. On the whole, the service has been great. On the odd occasion where Mum didn't get along with the carer, Right at Home have been happy to receive the feedback and make alternative arrangements. Recently Mum had a medical
emergency and Right at Home were there for her and organised care when we wanted it at short notice. The carers are all amazing, all different personalities but all are so empathetic, kind and supportive. I completely trust them with Mum's care, when she has been poorly the carers have been amazingly sympathetic and pro-active. Mum's regular carers have all gone the extra mile when it was needed. We have experience of other care companies, the difference with Right at Home is the communication and customer care. Very much recommended and thank you Right at Home for looking after Mum so compassionately.

They have been extremely helpful and accommodating in a time of great difficulty, always ready to change timetables at need when they can. The carers themselves are helpful and kind. There have been one or two carers who my Mother did not get on with but they are always willing to change for carers
who suited my Mum better. Their app is great and it gives me great confidence to read every morning how my Mum is. They are also quick to let me know of any problems.

After about 2 years of having visiting carers from Right at Home, my mother recently needed to begin 24-hour live-in care. Throughout, the management team have been very responsive and flexible as demands change, and have always kept me updated. This made the transition to the new 24h care package
painless for me and it worked out well for my mother as well. The carers do everything expected and sometImes a bit more to deal with the occasional problem that arises with an old mum with dementia. I'm especially happy with the live-in carers who seem to be giving mum exactly what she needs.

Initially, my mother had a lot of different Carer’s daily which she found very unsettling but the agency responded very quickly to our needs
as she came home from hospital with no notice.
She then went on to have one carer who is a lovely lady and is looking after her exceptionally well and we are
so happy she is there for her.
I have found the agency does attend to any queries we have and I am very pleased with the service we have.

We are very happy with the care that this company provides for my uncle. The carers are amazing and carry out all the tasks quickly and efficiently. These girls are very caring towards my uncle and follow all guidelines especially in this time with all PPE to the letter and always write their notes
up confirming this.However, we have witnessed other carers with no PPE and this is a concern at this time.
Overall at this time we are very satisfied with all areas of the care and the feedback provided in their notes is vital to us.
