As a housebound single man I receive excellent care from two carers who make sure that I am prepared for bed, take my medication and see me upstairs.
I do not yet need help with undressing and putting on pyjamas but shall in future.
At present, I am 86.

We have used Right at Home care services since August 2016. My wife and I both have limited mobility issues and the service provided suits out needs admirably. The service is flexible with more or less attendances/time in attendance available at short notice.

We first started using Right at Home (Loughton, Redbridge & Waltham Forest) in July 2015 when my Father, who was 83 years old, acquired an arm fracture. He was a sufferer of stroke-related diseases, i.e. Falling problems, via hypotensive blood pressure drops; dysphagia swallowing problem; and vascular
dementia.


The care plan made prompt and accurate care assessments and each morning we got a carer, from Right at Home (Loughton, Redbridge & Waltham Forest) for personal hygiene and cleaning. The care plan was very thorough. And punctuality and performance of the Right at Home (Loughton, Redbridge & Waltham Forest) carer exemplary in the first instance. Punctuality was enshrined in their office management instructions and carers were never non-punctual. There was good assistance with myself, as live-in carer, with matters of lifting and moving of my Father, who was 5ft 8In and 12 Stone.


We had then doubled the care plan, to do morning and evening personal hygiene and cleaning. Which worked out well.

My Mum needs help and care, her usual carer, is not just loving and caring to Mum but she is the same with my sister and myself and nothing is too much trouble for her or any of the other carers that attend to Mum. If there is any problem that myself or my sister have come across, for example raising
Mums level of care, there is always someone on the end of the phone that deal with the issue promptly and in a kind and friendly manner.
I highly recommend the Right at Home team for care needs.

We are very pleased with the carers we have been sent so far, as we have only been with the company a couple of weeks. The morning and tea time visits are in time, which means a lot to us and makes our life easier.

As it's now been 6 months since Right at Home started providing daily care for mum, I thought I would write a review. Mum is a very independent and strong-willed 95-year-old lady who at the start was reluctant to accept help from anyone. However as the months have passed, she increasingly enjoys the
care, chat and gossip with carers that she now regards as her friends. Right at Home have been brilliant at understanding and responding to mum's changing needs and feelings, which have clearly transformed her life. It has made a massive difference to mum's life and I would like to thank you all very much indeed.

Very happy with carers who were attentive and helpful to both myself and husband.
Occasionally had to ask them to come early as going to the hospital and usually not a problem.
Have only stopped using the company as need full-time help now and will return if the situation changes in the future.

Staff: Almost all fully competent. All helpful, caring, polite, respectful, friendly, willing to do things our way.
Hygiene is a priority (unlike many agencies).
Office staff helpful.
Management flexible and accommodating with changing/adding sessions.

to have in the house.
