We understand the concerns you've expressed regarding the lack of consistency due to the rotation of carers. We know how important it is to build a strong, familiar bond with caregivers, especially in a domiciliary setting. It is an issue we're continually working to improve upon where we can.
You have a significant role to play in shaping your care and we value your active participation. No doubt explaining your needs to new carers can be taxing, especially when dealing with fatigue. Your patience is appreciated however, as doing so helps to bolster the workforce; contributing to the learning process of new carers, enriching their skills, and ultimately enhancing the standard of care we can provide for others in the future.
