This company is not professional at all. A care company has a duty of care to all their clients regardless of their needs. Some of the carers that cared for my grandad were amazing although some would come in and say “what does your sling go on”. My grandad would reply I don’t know, so then the carers
would put it on anyway and say “let’s hope for the best”. This is disgusting then when my nannan called the office about this the reply was “if you don’t like it you know what to do”. This is disgusting and I will be reporting this company to the CQC. Also stopped my grandad's care with no notice and caused high anxieties and worries for my family. Would not recommend their service at all.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. To clear up a few of your concerns, 7 days' notice was served to the local authority which was done due to a lack of carers in your Grandfathers area and in line with the signed service agreement. We actually extended it to 14 days to support your grandfather at the social service's request which they terminated early. Nobody at our office has said "if you don't like it you know what to do" this is simply not true. We have delivered care for your Grandfather for many years and did not take terminating his care lightly, we can't comment on the "let's hope for the best" comment you made but based on the fact all other things you have pointed out are incorrect I will not respond to this. Please note all information and the actual facts regarding your comments are submitted to CQC including the Termination records given.

The carers really cared and that's so refreshing. My dad passed away at Christmas after being looked after at home by lovely carers; so patient, so kind. My dad loved singing and they made every effort to sing along with him and lift his spirits as his health and mobility spiralled downwards. I saw
the care and concern on their faces and with their actions. They made his last few months so much more bearable and pleasant and mine too. A lovely team.

My mum is very comfortable with her carers. They take very good care of her personal needs, and are always very chatty, and even though my mum can't speak they always involve her in conversations. This often makes her laugh which we enjoy watching.

I am very happy with the care I receive. They are a very caring team. I don't know what to expect when they said I had to have carers coming in to help me with my personal care, but I didn't need to worry about them. I am very glad with the team I am with. I say a big thank you to them all in this pandemic.

Since needing help I find that Lifetime Home Care Ltd has met my needs with carers of a good standard, efficient and respond well to my needs and arriving very well to the times selected by me. Always cheerful on arrival and often time to chat for a few minutes. I can recommend the agency.

My brother-in-law seems happy with the care he receives which is only making a microwave dinner, toast for breakfast and a sandwich at teatime, along with a cup of tea. They also administer his tablets with water. However, I would appreciate them more if they would take more notice of the things I ask
them to do. I have even put notes on the wall and not all of the carers take notice of them. Apart from that everything seems fine.

I am extremely happy with my regular carers. I like to stick with my regular carers because of my strokes and like things to be familiar and have a routine. I don't like change but I understand that sometimes things change.

On occasion, due to sickness and holidays, we would need to use a different carer, but even this carer would be selected knowing that they have met you before and understand how to support you. The staff looking after my mother are always patient, respectful, pleasant and do all that is asked and required. Timekeeping is very good. The staff in the office is always available to talk, listen to changing care, night sits, holiday cover. Excellent care. No hesitation in recommending to future
customers.
