I have been visited by carers from Hope Homecare Services Ltd since 2017, mainly to help with my support stockings which I wear because of diabetic leg ulcers. I am very satisfied with the efficiency and reliability of the Hope staff. I also very much appreciate the caring attitude of the staff; in
particular, when they observe that my legs require further medical attention, they promptly contact my GP and the District Nurses. They have been very valuable in enabling me to continue to live a normal life despite my disabilities.
Average Rating: five star.

My grandmother is very happy with the staff and services provided. She has dementia and it has been difficult for our family in the past 2 years. She moved to Hope Homecare at the beginning of May 2021, it has been a few months now, she is looking very well. The staff keep me and my family informed
on her health. Very happy with the service.

My invalid husband and I would highly recommend Hope Homecare Services without reservation. All the carers that have visited have been professional, caring, hardworking and cheerful, even during this dreadful Coronavirus pandemic. He was very reluctant to have people involved in his personal care and
felt very embarrassed, but after only a few visits, he was reassured by their professional approach. I used to think that anyone could be a carer, but I know now that I was quite wrong. It is obvious from observing the carers that have visited him, that a lot of training has been given to achieve the high standard they have each attained. He looks forward to their visits; they are cheerful and encouraging as well as caring and always make sure that he is comfortable before they leave. I too welcome their visits, they have become our friends. It is reassuring that it is always easy to get in touch with the Manager if we have any problems, however small.

Hope Homecare visited my mum four times a day for the past seven months whilst she was at home with my dad. The staff were very friendly and cared for my mum well over this period.

I have been with the agency since October 2018, all of the carers are okay.
There have been a few issues which have been resolved, I can't really say much else.

Having used many companies in the past for my 86 year old mum with dementia and mobility issues, Hope is BY FAR the best! The care workers are patient, warm and genuinely caring. Over the last two years, they now feel like family and treat Mum in that way as well.
It is so wonderful to have regular
care workers, as they know Mum's needs and how to handle her even when she is at her worst.
Their online updates regarding care and sudden changes to care/medication have been fantastic, as changes are not a problem, even last-minute ones.
It has been the first time since taking over Mum's care that I feel comfortable enough to not have to be there all of the time.
This is truly a care company that really cares!
Even over busy periods, such as Christmas and holidays we have never been let down.
If mum has had a short stay in hospital, Hope have also checked with me regularly to ensure the care package is ready for her return.
I really can not praise this company enough.

My father, in his nineties, had a fall, and after a period of intermediate support when he left hospital, he continued to need morning and evening care. We chose to work with Hope because of their mix of humanity and practicality. They have always sent carers who have time to care and showed a genuine
interest in my father.
On the odd occasion when things don’t go according to plan, their communication has been good, and their excellent recording system means that carers are updated with any changes so that you only need to tell them once.
As well as taking care of my father, they also paid attention to our needs and often came up with helpful suggestions.
Hope is an owner-managed business run by people who are experienced carers who are still prepared to deliver cover when your regular carers can’t be there, and who listen and respond to your concerns.

Hope Homecare Agency and its staff were a valuable asset in all our lives. To explain, they were assigned as the care team when Dad's health issues escalated. With the dedication from the management team down to the staff on the ground, my father was able to continue to live at home independently for
longer and their regular visits were a blessing. As a family, we enjoyed peace of mind knowing our father was cared for and all his medication given. This, in turn, meant my step mum enjoyed some respite too as she could get her day organised knowing someone was there for her husband and his washing and dressing needs etc. As a family, if we phoned the Agency and needed to vary the care plan instructions, they attended to it immediately and by the next care worker's visit, the amendments were in hand.
