Right at Home delivers high quality home care to elderly and disabled adults in order to help them remain independent in their own homes, and provide peace of mind for their families - whether it be just a little help that's needed around the house, some companionship, a meal to be prepared, or perhaps help with bathing or dressing.

Right at Home carefully select CareGivers for their compassion and empathy, taking on people with the most caring nature and then training them to the highest standards. Continuity of care is extremely important through unrushed, minimum one hour visits built around a client’s individual needs. CareGivers are introduced to each client, and meaningful and lasting relationships are as important as performing the necessary tasks.

The care plan was set up efficiently and comprehensively. The care provided was excellent and exactly what had been agreed. At all times my mother was treated with kindness and respect for her wishes. We are happy to highly recommend this care company.

A truly caring bunch of individuals who accommodated as much as possible for our needs. My husband was one of their youngest clients and at times was very difficult to work with, but the ladies always tried to keep a smile on his face and be as fun and professional as possible. At times some of the
staff went above and beyond what was expected of them and they were also very much apart of my support network.

I have nothing but praise for Right at Home. Their carers looked after my mum, who had Alzheimer's, for approx 18 months and in that time they were efficient, kind and extremely professional. They kept me informed at all times if they had any concerns, by either contacting me by phone or leaving me
a written message in the care plan left at my mum's home. My mum wasn't the easiest person to get up in the morning as she loved her bed but each carer had their own unique way of getting my mum up with humour and humility. Even though my mum didn't always remember her visits I know that she was extremely grateful for all the help and assistance that each carer gave her. I would also like to mention that the office staff were extremely efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them. I felt that they really understood any difficulties that I may have had and they were always available for a chat. All in all, I feel that Mum had the best possible care that could have been provided.

I cannot praise Right at Home highly enough for the care they gave my mother who sadly passed away last December.
All of the carers who looked after my Mum were exceptional, they were very professional and yet became friends to my mum and me. They went way beyond the call of duty especially during
the last few days of her life. My family and I could not have asked for a better company to care for my Mum.

Right at Home are a very flexible provider who really tries to give their clients exactly what they ask for. Carers work hard and use the time allocated in an appropriate manner. They are well trained and responsive to changing needs. The office is able to change schedules to allow for family events
or to take me to a hospital appointment for instance. I find the carers encouraging, as I become more disabled, and that allows me to be involved in my care; even if it slows us down. An excellent company.

After being let down by our last care provider, I was given Right at Home's phone number, and wow, they are all so helpful and professional carers that really do care. They promptly came out to talk through and assess my brother's needs and requirements, followed by risk assessments, etc. We now have
a fantastic team of carers and could not be happier. They all have made a positive impact on my brother and in this short period of time feel they are part of the family. They go that extra mile to help and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have ten plus years experience in the care work industry and twenty-five plus years of helping to look after my brother. I have rarely known an agency that I give a ten out of ten for all-round service.
Keep up the good work.

Thank you very much for your review. It made me feel really proud of our care team, and I'm so pleased to hear of the positive impact that our carers have been making with your brother.

My mother received daily help for 6 months from Right at Home - Camberley, Ascot & Woking and throughout this time the care she received was professional and of a very high standard. The assessment of my mother's care needs was spot on with appropriate input from my mother, and it was possible to adjust
these arrangements as my mother's care needs changed. The visits were on time and the carers were caring, sensitive, well motivated and very capable. Support from the office was also very professional, caring and efficient. Schedules were published on time and there were no issues with invoicing. I have only given 'good' to Value for Money because half an hour visits were not available. My mother looked forward to the carer visits which in addition to the direct care provided helped with her general wellbeing.

Right at Home could not have provided any better care for my parents. Throughout the care period, they were responsive, professional, dedicated and above all kind.

They understood our needs and the complex situation both my parents were in.

It was the quality of their staff that made all the difference.

The Management, Staff and Carers at “Right at Home – Camberley, Ascot and Woking” have been wonderful in helping our father maintain his independence for the past couple of years. They have all been very kind to him, in supporting and helping him in his home. They have provided us with the comfort
we needed that he was safe, by visiting him every day and ensured that he had a hot meal at lunchtime. Their care has enabled him to stay independent and living in his home (for nearly 60 years) for much longer than he would otherwise been possible to. We are very grateful to them for the help, kindness and assistance that they have given to him.

I valued the service provided greatly in an 'end of life' situation. Respect, care and knowledge of how to deal with issues were appreciated.
Everyone who helped were friendly and aware of the situation and just got on with the job in hand in a bright, breezy and informed manner.

I have been really pleased with the help I have received from Right at Home. I have a small number of carers who I have got to know (and they have got to know me) extremely well, and I trust them implicitly. They know my needs and are always so kind and thoughtful. The office staff are always extremely
polite and helpful and are very good at keeping me informed. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

What a lovely set of girls, they cared for me very well. Some of them were better than others. Some of them went out of their way to find things to do to help, others only did the minimum. All were very pleasant and punctual.
I wasn't always told of the time or who was scheduled.

The care and support both Mum and I received were always of the highest quality. The carers were very attentive and there was never a problem if someone at the agency was sick as cover was always provided.
The feedback from the staff if they felt Mum needed more help was very useful but equally the
staff were happy to discuss any concerns I had about whether the level of care was correct. They reacted quickly if situations changed and I could not recommend the care and office staff more highly.

Mum started to deteriorate suddenly and we needed to get carers to visit her, give her lunch and help with some household chores - Right at Home were brilliant - local management who had personally been through what we were going through arranged a quick visit to meet mum and assess her needs and then
introduced to the carer who mum took to immediately. She looked forward to her visits. On a couple of occasions we had to cancel visits at short notice and Right at Home were understanding - likewise when we needed ad hoc visits at short notice, Right at home delivered. Mum has moved on but still remembers her visits fondly and the local management has been helpful in advising on mum's next steps for care in a home. Thank you.

Really happy with the care and attention given to Mum. She requires a lot of help and despite her age and fragility is quite discerning and particular. They are reliable and kind to her and helpful with her needs. I know she is safe in their hands and happy with the conversation that goes with the care.
It's like having and extension to the family.
