Right at Home delivers high quality home care to elderly and disabled adults in order to help them remain independent in their own homes, and provide peace of mind for their families - whether it be just a little help that's needed around the house, some companionship, a meal to be prepared, or perhaps help with bathing or dressing.

Right at Home carefully select CareGivers for their compassion and empathy, taking on people with the most caring nature and then training them to the highest standards. Continuity of care is extremely important through unrushed, minimum one hour visits built around a client’s individual needs. CareGivers are introduced to each client, and meaningful and lasting relationships are as important as performing the necessary tasks.

From the outset, we were very impressed with the Right At Home team. They spent time with my father-in-law to ensure they matched the right person to him. The carer that came in was excellent and my father-in-law looked forward to her daily visits.

My experience with Right at Home is first class. My carers are professional, caring and very punctual, they are all a breath of fresh air.
The managers in the office always deal with changes immediately, no hesitation. The company is professional; I have used many agencies in my house over the year,
Right at Home is truly the best.

Thank you Right at Home.

Very prompt bearing in mind the horrendous traffic jams in the area in the morning. On arrival they present happy and professional ability that gives us confidence and starts our day in a way that we are grateful for. We recommend the service highly.

My mother- in- law’s care from Right at Home has been excellent. She has a small number of carers who have got to know her really well and make her feel safe and secure. The Right at Home office staff are always very friendly and efficient.

Right at Home Camberley provides excellent care. Mum's girls and were kind and supportive. They clearly got to know Mum well and I know they were really fond of her. They learnt that Mum loves to laugh and their friendship with her led to much shared humour. They never forgot that it was Mum's home
and always consulted her about what she would like to eat, what shopping or housework she would like done. Having consistent carers also meant that any signs of illness were quickly noticed and appropriate action taken. Personal care was given sensitively and respectfully.

Through every contact, management and senior staff demonstrated a clear understanding of the elderly and their needs, as they go through challenging experiences, such as poor health and confusion. Criteria for selecting carers and staff are well thought out. Family were kept well informed and given warm support. I would gladly recommend Right at Home to anyone needing care at home for a loved one.
