Kerry started her career in Domiciliary Care as a Care Coordinator and quickly worked her way up. Jules has worked in nursing and health care for over 10 years. Having joined Bluebird Care when the company started in December 2014, Jules has worked her way up the ladder from care assistant to supervisor and now to her current role as our Training, Recruitment and Live-in Care Manager. Lauren is now our care coordinator. For Lauren, building close relationships with our care assistants and enabling customers to remain at home for as long as possible is the most rewarding part of her role. Lauren always knew that she wanted to work in the care industry and support the elderly and vulnerable since caring for relatives when she was younger. Lauren has completed her Level 3 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care and Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health. Lauren is extremely family-orientated and loves walking her two dogs in her spare time; Summer and Buzz.

What drove Luke to work for Bluebird Care is knowing he can actively create a better quality of life for our customers by ensuring their needs are met. Luke has completed his Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care on a fast-track scheme. Outside of work Luke is active in the community as a cub scout leader and enjoys walking his dog.
