From first phone call to final invoice, the team were efficient, polite, competent, kind and helpful.
After a poor care experience, I moved to Bluebird Care for my elderly father with dementia, within a week he was more content and less anxious. The care team are all lovely and patient, taking time
to communicate with a confused and slightly deaf client. They enabled him to do everything he was able to and he was very well cared for. This gave the family great peace of mind. He wanted to move on to a care home as he was lonely between visits but for anyone wanting to be in their own home, Bluebird will give high-quality support. Thank you.

We have had excellent service from Bluebird Care. All the girls are very friendly and manage my husband very well. They have always been accommodating with any cancellations due to Doctor or hospital visits and have altered times of arrival when needed. I couldn't ask for a better service.

My mother was initially concerned about having a daily care service but very quickly became comfortable and confident in the friendly and caring service provided. Always punctual, friendly and with a daily visit report for me to see remotely. The weekly shop as well is another great service. My mother
cannot speak highly enough about the great team that look after her and it has extended the time she can remain independent at her house. For me I gain great peace of mind knowing she is so well looked after.

Mum has used Bluebird for several years and whilst she was initially a little reluctant, her weekly supermarket shopping with a Bluebird carer has become an important and valued part of her week. She greatly appreciates the help she is given to get around the store and to choose the items she needs.
Equally important, she enjoys the company of the carers and while she sometimes worries when a carer she hasn't seen before is due to come, they quickly become trusted and relied on - this is down to the helpful and caring approach she always receives. All the Bluebird staff she sees are excellent - thank you.

From the first contact I had with the team at Bluebird Care, everyone was very professional and caring. Great trouble was taken to ensure the service provided was tailor-made to Mum's needs. Although confused at first, Mum quickly got to know and liked the carers that visited.

The standard of care when compared to a previous care company is impressive.
From the carers themselves to the back office staff, we found all to be helpful, thoughtful, caring and a pleasure to have in our home.

I can honestly say that Bluebird Care is the best care provider I have dealt with. They go above and beyond with their service and are very professional, caring and empathetic.
The carers are very thorough and take time and interest with their clients. With Bluebird Care, I have confidence and peace
of mind knowing that my good friend is receiving high-quality care. Highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service 90% of the time. Helpers are caring and friendly mostly. They are here on time and phone if any traffic delay. One or two leave five minutes early. The microwave is sometimes left with spillages. The carers that are good are very, very good, only one or two let the others
down a bit.

I joined the Bluebird Care Newmarket and Fenland team, as a support worker, in March 2014. During my career with the company, I have progressed from Support Worker through to Team Leader and have now been part of the Management Team for 3 years. I currently hold the position of Care Director and am involved with overseeing the day-to-day running of the care team.

My passion lies in making a difference in the way people perceive and receive home care and ensuring that their experience is a positive and happy one.

I am heavily involved with the Skills Assessment programme that we run for new members of the care team and I have completed my Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) qualification which assists me in creating and delivering our Skills Assessment programme successfully to enable and support our care team to complete their roles when with our customers.

Throughout my career, at Bluebird Care, I have received constant and professional guidance from my Directors and have used this to further my confidence and competence.

I feel I have more to give and am always looking and working on ways to enhance my position within the company.

I will continue to work hard at ensuring we at Bluebird Care provide our customers with the best possible individual care experience possible and look forward to continuing this into the future.

Job Title: Customer Care Manager

I started working for Bluebird Care Bedford as a care assistant in 2014 after hearing that the training Bluebird Care provides is one of a kind. I had already gained experience within the Care sector and knew I wanted to broaden my experience further. After returning from Maternity Leave, I decided I wanted to move forward with my career and was given the opportunity to become a Supervisor.

I was then promoted to Deputy Care Manager in June 2020. I enjoy my role as not every day is the same. I have been given the opportunity to learn different skills which enables me to support other members of my team and in turn help them to develop their skills.

In September 2022, I became the Customer Care Manager for Bedford. My role is very similar to my previous role, but I am now able to focus specifically on our customers and the quality of the care and support services we provide. I am really excited for the future of this company and growing my career with it.
