Platinum Care Solutions supports people to live independently either in their own home or in a residential setting.

With 20 years’ experience across Hampshire and West Sussex, they take pride in providing a high-quality service that brings joy and comfort to the people cared for and peace of mind to their relatives.

Platinum Care Solutions was established after the founder saw there was a need to provide high quality, tailored care to individuals wanting to stay in their own home.

Dedicated to care without compromise, all staff are treated with respect and are supported with training and supervision, so that they can deliver the very best of care and with it, bring a smile to the people they look after.

At Platinum Care Solutions they start with an initial assessment which can take up to an hour so they can properly assess healthcare requirements. It is not policy to provide 15-minute visits as they feel this can lead to poor and rushed care.

The support and care from each and every one of the team who look after mum is always of a high standard. Mum always says she is lucky to have carers who understand her needs, treat her with respect and go out of their way to ensure she is supported as much as possible. Thank you Platinum Care, your
team deserve much more than my words can say. Please let them all know that they are all much appreciated by my mum and myself.

I consider it a personal responsibility to contribute to the well-being of our local community, particularly in acknowledgement of the invaluable contributions made by past generations. As a Care Coordinator, I craft schedules that align with the unique requirements of our individual clients. My goal is to ensure that each service user receives the highest level of care possible. This involves not only the selection of the right care workers but also the continuous training and bolstering of their confidence in their roles.


My unwavering commitment is to meticulously match the right team with each client, ensuring that service users receive the precise support they need at the appropriate times.


I am also deeply involved in charitable activities within the community. My role as a Dementia Ambassador enables me to provide valuable training and promote understanding among the local community. Furthermore, I proudly serve as a registered Alzheimer's volunteer, offering support and assistance to those affected by this challenging condition.
