Platinum Care Solutions supports people to live independently either in their own home or in a residential setting.

With 20 years’ experience across Hampshire and West Sussex, they take pride in providing a high-quality service that brings joy and comfort to the people cared for and peace of mind to their relatives.

Platinum Care Solutions was established after the founder saw there was a need to provide high quality, tailored care to individuals wanting to stay in their own home.

Dedicated to care without compromise, all staff are treated with respect and are supported with training and supervision, so that they can deliver the very best of care and with it, bring a smile to the people they look after.

At Platinum Care Solutions they start with an initial assessment which can take up to an hour so they can properly assess healthcare requirements. It is not policy to provide 15-minute visits as they feel this can lead to poor and rushed care.

Platinum Care Solutions I found to be professional, efficient, and very understanding. They have been a positive necessity to the care that Mum needed after being almost 3 months away from home. She had never had carers before, but from day one they treated her with kindness and respect and listened
to her needs, but stood back if she requested to something for herself, always giving her plenty of encouragement.

Very good apart from non-informing of change of carer on one occasion. A subsequent meeting with staff has sorted all this out and communication since this episode has been good.

Our carers are very good, always on time for calls and never in a rush. When all care is done they have a chat with the service user. Sometimes we have had to throw away a lot of out of date food away. This has been addressed.

Platinum Care Solutions looked after my mother after she had a hip injury and struggled with her mobility. The care workers were amazing and made my mum feel very comfortable and cared for.
They were professional, always arrived on time and went above and beyond with both physical and emotional support.

This is, in my opinion, an agency that gets it right!
They absolutely go above and beyond, never just a quick visit, they take time to really make sure that their clients are cared for to the best of their ability.
All the time ensuring that they are respecting the service users rights and promoting

Ensuring individuals maintain their independence at home with assistance from community care workers is a core value of mine. In my role at Platinum Care Solutions, I am dedicated to creating a secure and supportive environment for both our service users and care workers.


By focusing on the well-being and safety of those within our care, we aim to foster a sense of security and assistance.


I consider it a personal responsibility to contribute to the well-being of our local community, particularly in acknowledgement of the invaluable contributions made by past generations. Engaging with events in Portchester is not only enjoyable for me but also an opportunity to extend the reach of Platinum Care Solutions, allowing us to give back to the community and make a positive impact.

As a Care Coordinator, I craft schedules that align with the unique requirements of our individual clients. My goal is to ensure that each service user receives the highest level of care possible. This involves not only the selection of the right care workers but also the continuous training and bolstering of their confidence in their roles.


My unwavering commitment is to meticulously match the right team with each client, ensuring that service users receive the precise support they need at the appropriate times.


I am also deeply involved in charitable activities within the community. My role as a Dementia Ambassador enables me to provide valuable training and promote understanding among the local community. Furthermore, I proudly serve as a registered Alzheimer's volunteer, offering support and assistance to those affected by this challenging condition.
