I have found the provided service to be responsive and flexible.
Four Oaks expectation of their carers is high and any problems are quickly addressed. This company's live-in care service has enabled my 93-year-old mother to regain her mobility and dexterity she had lost after a period in hospital
and a care home.

The staff are really helpful and meet the needs of my sister.
My sister's diet has improved and they encourage her to eat healthily when they can.
The staff are flexible when my sister has an appointment so they can go with her.

Four Oaks Healthcare have been extremely helpful and efficient with the care for my mother. We needed help very quickly. An assessment was arranged and care was in place in a matter of a couple of days. We have full faith in the carer with her duties to my mother- administering medication, keeping her
safe and the general cooking and maintenance of the house. As we do not live close to my mother, this has been very reassuring. Thank you, Four Oaks.

We have been using the services since June 2016. We have found the care staff to be very approachable and professional. We have had issues with dispensing of medication in the earlier days and this is now being addressed by the appointment of a care supervisor. We have over the last month, seen a marked
improvement of care. My mum enjoys the visits from the carers, we are very pleased and hope to see further improvments.

Four Oaks Healthcare provided excellent support and care which enabled dad to stay at home for as long as possible. The carers were kind to dad and respected his dignity. The agency were prompt with requests and always helped out even at short notice. I would recommend the agency.

My father is 83 years old and does not go out anymore. I live on the other side of town so need to know that he is in good hands as I work all week.
I never have any concerns with the care he receives as I know I can rely on Four Oaks Healthcare to take care of him. He himself never complains about
any of the girls either so I always have peace of mind.

The care my mom has received has been very good. Once the carers knew her needs and requirements these were usually met. Mom needed more care at the beginning of the care package being put into place, but with their help and support and family and neighbors too, my mother has made excellent progress
in her health and wellbeing. With everyone pulling together to meet her needs to ensure this. Very happy with the help and support of the carers. Thank you very much for all being so nice to my mom.

The review was conducted in a professional manner with all concerned arrived on time, introduced everyone, including trainee social worker. All aspects of my son's package was discussed eg. time, staff, his likes, dislikes, needs, we have a very good rapport with the staff and management communication
is excellent. They all communicate with my son and relate to his needs with respect and care. Their hygiene standards and safety are first class and we are well aware any problems are sorted by phoning the manager which we have, and he resolves any issues right away.

The agency has some very good carers who have made my dads life bearable. He is appreciated by all the carers that come, a bit difficult at first until they get to know him. I would recommend this agency to anyone.

Since having Four Oaks agency to look after my husband I cannot fault anything. The carers come on time, and always follow my instructions, and leave me a note if things have not been right. Management are always there to phone up if I have any problems and they will sort them out. I feel safe leaving
him ion the care of this agency, and I have peace of mind.

This care company have provided my aunt with a team of four carers, so that the workload is shared. I am aware that the girls try to liaise with each other so the care calls are covered. All the girls look after my aunt to the best of their ability. Her needs are usually met during each call although
sometimes the carers need to be reminded of care plan.

All the carers are great. I would prefer as much continuity as possible because if I receive a regular carer, they notice a difference in the condition of my legs which a different carer wouldn't be able to know. The reason I ticked satisfactory for management is because of the continuity with the carers.

I have had both of my legs amputated and my husband has always cared for me, due to an accident 5 weeks ago my husband injured his hand and could not care for me. Rapid response were involved and Four Oaks Healthcare was asked to take over, the care which I have received is more than I expected. I cannot
express how much care and attention I am given. The girls are very attentive and caring. I thank you all so much.
