Overall a good/excellent service is provided. The management and staff are helpful, supportive and friendly. The home care staff do change frequently with some highly experienced carers who are excellent and others who are not as experienced but overall do offer a good all-round service. Therefore I
have reflected this in my overall rating. I would recommend Fields Care as a care provider.

Field's Care has been providing care for my father over the last year. The care staff and management are very knowledgeable and provide an excellent service dependent upon your needs. They are open to honest feedback and have tailored the care plan for my father without delay to cater for his changing
needs. They have also provided excellent support and advice for my mother (who also looks after my father and is dependent upon the carers providing a reliable service). The carers are very friendly, flexible and respectful whilst carrying out their daily routine. The manager is very friendly and approachable. She has personally provided excellent advice and support to my mother to ensure my father receives the correct care plan and is flexible to our requests without delay. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff who have helped us cope with my father's condition and am happy to recommend this company.

As a disabled person/Wheelchair-bound with 2 very rare Chronic Disorders, Arthritis,
Schizophrenia and so on. For the last year, Field’s Care Ltd has been providing care for me. Anyone who receives care knows there are two kinds of Carers. For those who go through the motions of providing care ie.
does not matter if the towel is warm or cold, how to move you, if the food is warm, what medicine you require and when, and so on. Then there are those who actually know what the word care means. From Management to the staff I am very fortunate to have those Carers. Their kindness has transformed my dark moments with hope. I want to say to the rare few Carers in my life, who have listened without judgment, spoken without prejudice, helped me without entitlement, understood without pretension, and cared for me without conditions. Thank you for all the difference you made to my life.

Thank you Field's care for the kind care you have provided for my grandmother. The staff were so knowledgeable, kind and friendly when providing care for my grandmother. They were very polite, respectful and considerate and we as a family embraced the lovely carers almost immediately. The manager is
very hands-on, very attentive, and has personally kept my family informed of my grandmother's all through our time with Field's care agency, I would highly recommend this agency to anyone! Keep up the great work Field's team!

Field's Care Agency has been an excellent service provider for both my father-in-law and mother-in-law. Unfortunately, father-in-law passed away. The agency staff and the carers are very well trained and provide very good care and support. They understand the families needs as well as the cultural limitations.
I cannot fault them in any way. They have the best and most understanding staff on board. Caring for their clients is at the utmost.

Field's Care is great, my mother's care is amazing. We have been through a lot of care agencies in the past and this one by far is the best. Carers are always on time, brilliant attitude and since having joined them, my mum's pressure sore's have completely healed. Highly recommend!

Manager/owner responded to queries and concerns immediately and took immediate action.
Experienced carers were great, knowledgeable and gave lots of tips on how to handle things and what products to get.
Some of the 'junior', non-experienced carers were extremely bad, throwing the patient around
like a doll, really uncaring and carried on even when told.

I would like to highlight that all our care staff are trained to an incredibly high standard, all our staff are hand selected and vetted by myself and therefore I am a bit taken aback to your comments on your review as we were in very regular contact with you and your family but you have never addressed this issue with us, instead you highly complimented our care staff. You also had the same faces coming in and out of your home, as well as managers completing care calls to ensure we were able to supply carers with the correct information in regards to your father's care. Once again we apologise that we have left you with a negative impression of our company. We personally enjoyed and valued our relationship with you and your family and hope that if you have any comments or suggestions on how we can improve our service to you, for you to contact me directly.

I am very happy with the quality of care Mum is receiving. I feel the carers who see her most understand how to communicate with her and check with her.
I find I do hover a bit when she is being moved to ensure her wounds are remembered and being taken into consideration.
Also, those carers who see
her periodically and the new ones, once they realise her problems they seem to take extra care.

Field's care have looked after me superbly since I left Hospital in January this year, all the staff are lovely. They take the time to talk to me and show interest in my family, and conversely I am concerned with their welfare and ask after carers I may not have seen for a while. I regard them as my
care family and know there is someone at the end of the phone 24/7. If asked I would give them five stars *****.

After an injury to my legs I was left mostly immobile and unable to do much in the home we hired Field's Care to help with domestic duties and some times some personal care. The staff that came were great and really respected our families privacy. My legs are now much better, however we still use Field's
Care on occasions for domestic duties. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to work with them in the future
