I contacted Home Instead to arrange care for my father who needed help with having a shower and getting dressed. After an initial meeting to assess my father's needs, a carer was assigned. Care was taken to ensure that the carer assigned would have an affinity with my father's personality. The carer
always arrived at the time agreed and the care my father received was of high quality. I would certainly recommend this company.

We've used Home Instead as a provider of companionship for my dad since the summer of 2020. He's been suffering from mental health problems during the coronavirus pandemic and has visits 3 times a week from an excellent carer who provides him with a fantastic level of support at a time when it's difficult
for him to see other friends and family.

Excellent care provided by all caregivers; patient and respectful of mum's requests. In mum's words 'they are a tonic' looking forward to their visits. All our caregivers have gone the extra mile - 'above and beyond'. The office staff have tried to provide continuity of care under challenging circumstances.
The overall manager is understanding, accommodating, very supportive of his staff and is customer focussed in all decisions.

Home Instead were recommend to me and I would recommend them to anyone else. My mum is 95, deaf since birth and suffering dementia. I needed carers to visit when I couldn't be with her. She didn't want anyone coming around but the carers were kind and careful and she soon was happy with them. I felt
she picked up because of the company and it was comforting to me to know someone was seeing her regularly. All in all, I was very happy with Home Instead.

I have found my carers are invaluable as I am more or less housebound because of balance problems. They are always pleasant and efficient and become more like friends. I look forward to their visits to be able to have a good conversation once a week!

Home Instead Senior Care goes beyond that required in caring for my 90-years-old uncle who is still living at home; all be it his mobility is very limited. They act professionally in every way, and if concerned about his health, then they act positively by informing the appropriate health agency and
keeping members of the family informed at all times.

For the short time, I have had contact with the carers, I have found them to be extremely reliable and friendly. I understand from her partner, they quickly became part of the family and established a good rapport with Mum and facilitating her with her personal needs. On the day Mum was taken into hospital,
their support and advice were extremely helpful. A good team of support given.

My 93-year-old father has been a client of Home Instead for 18 months now. He looks forward to seeing a friendly face when he wakes up in the morning. All the staff are very caring, supportive and professional. Have them with him for one hour every morning has made a big difference in his life. We would
not be without them now!

My Father is 96 and with the consistent, kind and reliable care and support from the caregivers at Home Instead Senior Care Doncaster he is still living in his own home. Dad receives 3/4 visits per day and carers are rotated sensitively to ensure there is continuity of care and visit times reflect my
Dad's needs. The agency liaises with me and has taken Dad to appointments if I am unavailable. I would have no hesitation recommending this agency to anyone looking for support for an elderly person requiring care and support in their own homes.

My dad has moderate dementia, myself and my husband both work full time which left Dad on his own all day Monday to Friday, which meant he would stay in bed all day and sometimes forgot to eat. We contacted the manager from Home Instead Senior Care Doncaster who promptly set up 2 lovely lady carers
who call in to see Dad 3 times a week to make sure he is coping on his own, prepare his lunch and take care of some of the household tasks. The two lady carers are angels and Dad has changed his outlook, from not wanting any help to asking when the ladies will be calling in for the next visit.
Absolutely thrilled with the level of care and the relationship Dad has developed with his carers.

I have been very happy with Home Instead since they started caring for my Mum over a year ago now. They have been very reliable and never missed a visit, but also flexible when Mum has been away from home or a visit has not been needed. The carers are both friendly and professional and get the balance
right between respect and support. Record keeping is very good as is contact from and dialogue with the office.
I think that without Home Instead we may have been looking a home for Mum by now. The initial assessment and subsequent reviews as to the type and level of care and support have been important in keeping Mum in her own home where she is secure and in familiar surroundings.

office always answers the phone - helpful - give good suggestions for care.
Carer punctual - calls if the problem - dressed appropriately - talks with ease does not "talk down" - intelligent.
Good security - office knows where clients and carers are at all times even if means visits have to include
time for paperwork -

Home Instead (Doncaster) are helping to look after my (92 year old) relative who lives alone.

The care provided is first class. They endeavour to provide the same Carer(s) each visit so as to establish a trusting relationship with their Client.

They keep me informed of any developments and are

flexible in their approach.

Home Instead kindly attended my mother-in-law's house recently, at a few minutes notice, and assisted after she had fallen and fractured her hip.

I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent care provider

The attitude, commitment, quality of care, attention to detail of ALL staff associated with Home Instead Doncaster has been outstanding from top to bottom and right across the board. They far exceeded my expectations in regard to the level of care and empathy shown by the carers to my mother in law,
and although I'm not an expert on care providers I cannot emphasise enough how good they are. They took a personal interest in her well being and nothing is too much trouble for them in ensuring a dignified and happy quality of care. My mother in law just loved them all and looked forward to them coming to care for her.

My sincere and genuine thanks to all staff at Home Instead, your help and care has been first class throughout and is greatly appreciated by my mother in law and not least by her family - many thanks again.

I contacted Home Instead to care for my mum who has Parkinson's disease. I arranged for a carer once a day to cook my mum lunch and give her medication and any jobs she needed. The carers were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they became friends to my mum and she looked forward to them calling.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs care. Fantastic service.

Home Instead stepped in at short notice to provide much needed short-term support for my mother. The level of care was excellent and even though it was a temporary arrangement, the team did everything they could to meet our needs. I would happily use Home Instead again should the need arise, it is by
far the best (of 3 agencies) I have used.

At a time when our family were desperate to maintain our father's independence by assisting him to stay in his own home, we were advised to contact Home Instead Senior Care to help us in our quest.
From the moment of contacting them, we were reassured that they would work with us to achieve our goals.
All of the staff have, without exception been accommodating and professional, but most of all, understanding of the care needs Dad required. They tailored the care package to suit Dads lifestyle and social activities.
Sadly our association with Home Instead Senior Care came to an end in September 2016 when our father was taken into respite care, which has subsequently culminated in him remaining in full-time residential care.

In summary, we could not have maintained Dads' routine at home for the length of time we did without their assistance. Our family and Dad are grateful for everything you helped us with and we would like to pass on our thanks to the team.
Thank you.
