After my Nan came out of hospital from a fall and hip replacement we decided she needed someone popping in a couple of times a day to sort a few bits out due to her new limited mobility.
I checked CQC and asked around at the retirement home where my grandmother lives and Beloved came up as an outstanding
care company in our area. I phoned up and spoke to the managing director and he himself took my call and walked me through Beloved's services. His words 'We don't want to be the biggest, we want to be the best' rang with me as it told me that they would potentially put quality of care over profit. All the staff have been great in answering my questions along the way and a lady has been putting the care package together. The carers themselves are phenomenal. They always take the time to do what they are there to do and stop to have a chat. Sometimes the stopping to have a chat is more important than their other duties and it is appreciated. *Highly recommend*

My dad is very impressed with the care and support he receives on every visit. Nothing is too much trouble and he looks forward to a good chat with his carer.
I have already recommended Beloved Homecare to a few people.

All the staff at Beloved Homecare were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. The carers were lovely and looked after my friend and she enjoyed their visits. She also enjoyed the outings the carers took her on. The management team were very approachable, flexible and the communication
between us and them was excellent. The app was easy to use and essential to us to know what was going on. My friend was so well looked after and we were so grateful for their help and support.

I have met most of the carers in my weekly visits to Mum. They have all been lovely! Kind, caring and cheerful and helped Mum through a very difficult period. They have tried to accommodate Mum's requests and have been very supportive and have followed instructions to the letter. This has given me and
my sisters peace of mind when we couldn't be with Mum. It has also given Mum a focus each day, knowing she will interact with a friendly face. This has led to a good recovery for her. Would definitely recommend your service to others.

My father has dementia and has recently lost his wife of 69 years (my mother). He lives alone in a large house and we are reluctant to relocate him.
All the carers are very polite and work very well. They leave updates in our journal to make us aware of any problems. Thank you.

All Beloved staff always go above and beyond and have been an invaluable support to our family supporting us through our dad’s care until his passing and now helping our mum with her care and also supporting us and Mum with her loneliness after losing dad.
Not only is the actual care first class, but
it is also at times such a support to the family to be able to offload when caring for our mum can be overwhelming and stressful - the office staff are always there with a caring listening ear - not sure what we’d do without you all - thank you.

My mum has dementia and has carers from Beloved twice a week to give me a break. All the carers are polite, punctual and friendly. I never have any worries about leaving Mum in their care. I find everyone I have dealt with from Beloved very professional and caring.

Having been reluctant to accept any professional personal care for my father in law and with a lot of encouragement from us as a family, my mother in law agreed to a meeting with Beloved Homecare. Following the initial meeting, she was overwhelmed by the compassion shown and the advice/support and patience
given to her husband of nearly 60 years. She admits now that she wouldn't be able to manage without them. We as a family are extremely relieved and happy with the excellent standard of care provided - we would only ever want the very best for them both. The care is only for a short time every morning but has made the world of difference.

Mum is 92, lives at home and was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2019. Her personal care needs have increased significantly over the past few months, and we realised that we needed some additional support from an external agency. From the initial meeting with the management team at Beloved Homecare and
the ongoing care, we feel reassured that Mum is being well supported to continue to live at home with this additional support.
Our initial concerns that Mum would be anxious about having carers were quickly dispelled due to their caring and compassionate nature.
Beloved provides a consistently reliable, professional and flexible service; they have given us peace of mind at a difficult time, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other families in similar circumstances.

I don't know what I would do without Beloved - apart from the fact that each carer is so kind and dedicated and patient with my mum. The company is so reliable, no worrying will someone turn up at the allotted time like friends of mine have experienced with other care providers. The management team
are easily approachable, and professional and makes you feel like you are their only client! Thank you, Beloved!

Beloved Homecare has been an absolute godsend with regard to looking after my 86-year-old mum. Mum lost her independence when she had to give up driving, making it difficult to get to the shops and appointments. It was overwhelming to think about what to do next, but after one phone call to Beloved,
we had a plan in place to get her where she needed to be. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, accommodating, reassuring and professional. The carers look after Mum so well, and we would be lost without their twice-weekly visits. Thank you to all the lovely staff and carers at Beloved!

We engaged Beloved Homecare at very short notice in December 2022 to help get Dad showered and dressed every morning. My parents had been very sceptical and resistant about having this kind of support but immediately felt comfortable with the carers who visited and really appreciated the visits. Sadly,
Dad deteriorated in February, was bed bound and was being cared for palliatively and we needed to double the number of visits and carers per visit. Beloved was able to respond immediately and was so supportive.
All the carers who looked after Dad was caring and kind, and most importantly treated him with dignity. They also looked out for Mum, my sister and me.
The management team were great too - very responsive and anticipated our needs. They checked in regularly.
We received a highly professional, person-centred, reliable service. Most importantly, I know Dad was so grateful for the support.

After months of worrying about my mother in laws health and her physical and mental decline due to vascular dementia, we engaged Beloved Homecare, first just one session a day and then two. She was resistant at first, but their excellent care, kindness, attention to every detail, and first-class communication,
not only have they made us, as a family feel less anxious but they have won her round! Her physical state has improved tremendously and thus she is more able to deal with her condition. As are we.
Beloved is a great team.

I live in London and have power of attorney for my sister-in-law who lives with my brother, her carer in the Manchester area.
I had singled out from the web Beloved Homecare and as a resource that I may well need in case of an emergency situation occurring.
I advised my brother to request an urgent
assessment visit on 13th January 2023 as the description of the situation at home sounded critical.
I was so relieved and grateful that a visit was immediately carried out together with a nurse from the care agency. The GP was alerted and visited and my sister-in-law was taken to the hospital that day. Without the professional speedy and caring intervention of Beloved Homecare, I believe that the outcome would have been most probably life-threatening. I am a retired social worker. I would use Beloved Homecare if my sister-in-law returns home.

My father has Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia. Beloved Homecare stepped in at exactly the right time. All the staff are helpful and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. I don't live near my father and I am kept informed and I'm able to contact the agency via an App, email, telephone or if in the
area, call in the office.

My father has Alzheimer's and is cared for by my mother at home. After being let down by a previous company, we found Beloved Home Care. From the first telephone conversations, everyone at Beloved was professional and compassionate and really came to our rescue. Cannot fault them and their staff in
any way. Highly recommend Beloved Homecare.

Beloved homecare looked after my Father for three years. The standard of care that they delivered over that time was excellent. As his care needs changed, Beloved managed those changes and were able to accomodate to meet his needs. A lot of the carers would go above and beyond to make my dad's life
better, particularly in the last few months of his life. When he had problems, these were quickly reported back and together we would be able to sort out a solution. Communication with the staff at beloved was always excellent. I always felt that with the staff at beloved, my Dad was safe and that they were there to provide a safety net if something happened, this was important as I live over an hour's drive away. They managed to care for my Dad at home until the end, something my Dad was always very insistent on - he didn't want to go in a home. With the carers at Beloved I felt that he was in safe hands.
