I contacted Beloved at a time when my mum was moving to an apartment nearer us but still needed someone to come in and make sure she was ok and take her shopping etc. while we were working. Beloved has proven to be a fantastic company for my mum, very professional and my mum has nothing but good things
to say about her experience with them. We have other family members who use them and we couldn't recommend them more highly.

The management are extremely helpful and all the carers that have visited my Mother have been very professional, caring, helpful, and considerate. My Mum is 89 years old, hard of hearing, bad eyesight, and bad knees. She lives alone in sheltered housing and unable to leave her home (Covid). Her quality
of life was deteriorating. Her visits include a walk in her wheelchair among other things and she enjoys the company and conversation. I would highly recommend Beloved Homecare as it gives the person the opportunity to remain in their own home and receive the extra help they need.

We used Beloved Homecare from Feb 20 - Jan 21. We found them very good indeed, reliably here 4 times a day to care for my paralysed wife. Some of the staff are outstanding sone inevitably less so, but overall my wife was looked after very well. The staff were happy to do extra things. They had a good
relationship with my wife up to her death on 2nd January 21

Mum has been under Beloved Homecare for a year. They are very professional and caring. Treat Mum as a person and engage her with conversations and known interests to her. Management team keep un close contact eager to help/suggest ways to help. In this difficult year, the team always provided with PPE,
and they make sure that I am coping ok. Like the fact that they are able to provide 30-mins of care, which is all we need. Highly dependable team.

Having recently changed care providers for my 86 year old mum who is currently in her own home, I have to say it has been a breath of fresh air to have a truly professional care team on board looking after mum. She actually looks forward to them coming they are extremely attentive, nothing is too much
trouble, they are professional and caring. Communication between the family and the care team is excellent, this is going to aid mum to be in her own home as long as possible. As a family it has made the world of difference, we know we have a care team that we can rely on. Beloved, you are amazing, I can’t thank you enough.

When I realised I would need help to care for my husband, I was recommended Beloved Homecare. That was over 2 years ago. At first, it was 3 social visits a week. When my husband was admitted to hospital, a carer visited and thanks to the team at Beloved, he was soon back at home with an increased care
package. From the beginning, the care manager assured me they would adapt to his changing needs and this has proved to be the case. The care, support and friendship we receive gives us both some independence. We highly recommend Beloved and cannot thank them enough for all they do for us.

I have been delighted with the care service provided by Beloved to my dad over the past 6 months. Nothing is too much trouble and the team of carers have really looked after him well.
My dad is 84 and suffers from dementia. He is still independent up to a point and isn’t the easiest person to deal
with, so it is very reassuring to know that he is in safe, friendly, professional hands twice a day.
Both myself and my sister also really appreciate the interaction with the Beloved team who keep us up to date with everything and are always very accommodating with any changes needed.

I cannot recommend Beloved Homecare enough. The quality of the carers is consistently good and they are excellent at providing updates and keeping open communication with the family. Beloved Homecare have provided care to my mum in short timescales and, whilst requested times for visits cannot always
be met immediately, they do as much as they can to get you the times you want as soon as possible. The Manager and the Care supervisor have always been so supportive and understanding in setting up the care package required and, recently, have been very clear on their PPE approach for Covid 19. They are an organisation who genuinely seem to care!

Mum loves being in her own home and the carers help for mum to have her wishes.
They call twice a day, helping mum to get up in the morning, showering her, giving her breakfast and making lunch.
They then call back in the evening getting mum ready for bed and giving her an evening meal.

I am very pleased that we chose Beloved Homecare. The Beloved staff are very professional and caring and I trust them completely to look after my parents. My dad cannot walk and my mum has mixed dementia so they have very differing needs but they spend time with each of them and provide an exceptional
level of care.
My parents have a small group of regular carers which makes things much easier for my mum to cope with.
Whenever I see the carers, they are warm and friendly with my parents. They treat them with respect and also keep their spirits up which is very important, especially at this time.
The carers let me know if there is anything that my parents need. The staff in the office also keep me informed of anything that I need to know.
I have no hesitation in recommending Beloved.

The best care in the area from a dedicated and professional team. They recommended adjustments to care when necessary, were quick to respond to enquiries and flexible with the client's requirements. My grandmother was treated with dignity throughout. Highly recommended.

We have used Beloved Care for a while for our Mother who is 99 years old and lives independently. They are great and work with us to give Mum the best care possible. We have been working together this month to improve her mobility. Mum loves the team as they make her feel special and take the time to
talk with her whilst caring for her. They give her the confidence to move around her flat. We talk regularly to the team about updates on Mum's care. We have no reservation about recommending Beloved Care to anyone looking for excellent care for their family. Special members of the family need excellent care which Beloved Care delivers.

When my father came home from hospital after a fall, he was in a terrible state and we were so shocked to see how his condition had deteriorated over a five day period. He was dropped off by the ambulance crew unable to stand unassisted and totally incontinent. We were left with no equipment at all
to help my mother, who’s 84 and my sister and I. I rang up Beloved Homecare after a personal recommendation and they were amazing. The care manager came out early the very next morning to assess my Dad and give us much needed advice. She was reassuring, knowledgeable and practical and helped us to get our heads around what would be best for my Dad. She even lent us a commode which was such a help until we could sort out a plan. She had a lovely manner and her experience in these situations was such a help to us. I would highly recommend them from our experience.

My 94-year-old mother has been so happy with the carers that come to her on a daily basis. They are so loving and kind that she regards them as friends now - more than carers. She really looks forward to their visits. They seem to go over and above what I had imagined their role would be.
They really
do care! They know her extremely well! This was proved when I met one of them and she knew all about me, to the extent that we joked I could be her specialist subject on Mastermind!!!
They are very willing to do anything that is required. They are very thoughtful, loving, kind and very caring. She looks forward to their visits and talks about them to me often. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

My Mum has been in the care of Beloved Homecare for some time now. I can honestly say she is getting the best care possible. The staff are all wonderful with her. She looks upon them as friends. Nothing is too much trouble for them and in view of the fact that they have looked after her whilst having
the Covid 19 is remarkable. They have even let us have video chats with Mum. Me and my family cannot thank or praise them enough for the great care that they all give. They go above and beyond the call of duty.

Beloved is a great local family run service with a professional caring team.
My sister and I spent hours checking the CQC site to try and find a good service for our Mum who has dementia; we had a shortlist of a dozen mostly local services that we checked out! Beloved stood out by a mile! Trustworthy,
caring, professional, ethical they are all about caring for your valued family member in the best possible way!
We have been using them for more than a year, and I would struggle to find any faults with the service/team.
I have met quite a few of their carers over this period, and they have all been great characters, thoughtful, caring and always willing to go that extra yard to deliver the care that is needed to your loved family member.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to start a care package for a family member!
It has helped my sister and me by reducing the anxiety and worry about our Mum's health and wellbeing.

Beloved has been caring for my Mum who is 93 for several years. When I say caring, I know from direct experience that all the staff - in the office and in the front line really care about Mum's health, well being and happiness and do everything they can to help her live as normal a life as possible
while confined to her house. The carers are without exception, professional, sensitive and genuinely caring. My Mum loves them all. The company has a rigorous selection process for staff and provides training and a decent financial package. This shows in the quality of the carers. The Managing Director and Care Manager are directly involved in the day to day running of the company and are always directly available for advice and support. They set the tone for all of the company's staff. All of this gives my wife and I who live 100 miles away, peace of mind and confidence that Mum is in good hands. I thoroughly recommend Beloved Homecare.
