Nurseplus Care, have been looking after mum for some time now. She is very happy with the care that she gets from all the staff. Her needs are met, and if anything needs to be changed, Nurseplus are there at the end of the phone. This also supports mum and myself (the daughter).

Nurseplus Care at home has provided care for my mum who has many complex needs including dementia. The carers provided are always kind and caring and interested in making it a pleasurable experience for Mum. At the end of March, my mum had a fall and we were ambulanced to the hospital close to midnight.
We spent the night in A&E but in the morning we were still waiting for a bed and I had a conference to go to in London which I could not miss. Our regular carer, who I had booked to care for Mum whilst I went to the conference was kind enough to come to the hospital and sit with Mum until she was allocated a bed at the end of the day. The information she gave to the doctors about Mum was invaluable and she ensured Mum was cared for and comfortable. I was able to attend my conference knowing Mum was going to be alright thanks to this carer going above and beyond her duties.
I would not hesitate to recommend Nurseplus - they are highly professional and always put Mum first.

We have been using Nurseplus for the last 18 months and are delighted with the service that they provide.
The admin, billing and organisation are excellent and everything runs really smoothly. When we need to make last-minute changes they always work hard to accommodate our needs and they try and
flexibly work around us.
The quality of the carers has been mostly superb, and when we had an issue with one carer then it was dealt with swiftly.
We are continuing to use Nurseplus and would strongly recommend them.

I am pleased with how my care has been given, even at times the staff have been short. It has not been easy for the person who does the rotas, especially when I am someone who only has female carers. My needs are always met. Glad to see they always wear personal protective equipment.

Carers Mum gets are very caring, they always treat her with respect, they reassure her at all times. She is forgetful due to her dementia and comes across angry at times. They say they understand and that they know it is the dementia and not her. She has started having falls. The carer makes sure she
is safe when they leave her call and everything is at hand. Thank you all at Nurseplus for the support and for really caring.

Nurseplus Care at Home provided care for my dad, the company took over from the care providers who were assigned to my dad but gave him very poor quality of care. We only had Nurseplus for a short period as my dad's condition worsened and he had to be taken to a hospice. But the care we received from
Nurseplus was amazing, the carers were all friendly and knowledgeable, who went above and beyond to do all they could to aid and make him comfortable. Management was professional and efficient in making sure he got the best care.

Generally, staff are good, but they can be late. I am not always informed if someone isn't coming or has been changed for another staff member. The staff do what time allows and to the best of their ability, but pressure of time means that tasks aren't always done to the level I would hope. The girls
are nice and clearly work hard.

Nurseplus have supplied care and support to my uncle in Dover for nearly two years. At present, he has fantastic carers who he has created a good bond with and is familiar and comfortable with. He knows them all by name and looks forward to them coming to his home to support him.
When I have had issues
or concerns, I have been able to discuss them with the managers at the Dover branch and they have resolved all issues and communicated the outcomes with myself.
I am extremely happy with Nurseplus and my uncle's carers that care for him on his scheduled visits and sleep in carers.
The carers are professional, wear PPE and respect my uncle, his choices and his home. My uncle has improved in many ways and his well-being gives me confidence with Nurseplus.
