GoldLeaf Home Care was founded in 2015 with the vision of providing the highest levels of care and support for people to remain independent at home. The company started out with four clients and four members of care staff, and since then the company has grown into one of the leading domiciliary care and support agencies, providing services to a high number of clients and with more than sixty care staff across Essex and Hertfordshire.

GoldLeaf Homecare is fully licenced and regulated by the Care Quality Commission and are managed by experienced office teams and registered managers, who ensure codes of practice are followed at all times.

At GoldLeaf Home Care, the ethos is to go above and beyond. Care means more than simply providing care and support. The aim is to support you with the lifestyle you want, maintaining independence and dignity with your personal, domestic and social care needs.

Would like to thank GoldLeaf Homecare who looked after my mother-in-law. They were very helpful. The carers went over and above our expectations even through some difficult situations with additional tasks placed on them. They befriended her and took time to ensure she was OK. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother-in-law who, at the age of 102, is unable to do this.
I found the agency to be professional and helpful. The manager and care coordinator were always responsive to our needs during a very difficult time. The carers carried out their duties with kindness
and patience and my mother-in-law became very fond of one or two of the carers who appreciated her special needs due to failing eyesight and hearing.

May 2016; GoldLeaf Homecare Agency have superbly been providing care for my mother. Being very mindful of her dignity as a woman, providing female carers, also kindly provided and a native language speaking carer to make it easier for her to communicate and understand one another as best possible due
to her limited knowledge of English, confusion and dementia. So far GoldLeaf Homecare Agency have delivered what promised and more. I would recommend their service to others very willingly.

Despite this being a new local care agency I found it to be my favourite so far as they have made the extra effort to make sure me and my husband are very well looked after. The service they provide is excellent, sympathetic, professional, efficient and reliable. I would recommend it to other carers
as they will not be disappointed and will have a very high standard of care for they loved ones. I have to use 3 agencies in total to make up the hours, but this is the best.

GoldLeaf has been so helpful towards helping my wife's care. The have looked after EVERYTHING and in the last few weeks she has gained her confidence back, to visit shops and started improving her own health. I always knew home care was the right choice for her but we struggled to find a company that
wasn't a franchise, the team at GoldLeaf are local and private, they provide that level of service that isn't available from most companies.

Thank you for arranging our anniversary dinner it was outstanding, and so stress free. I would definitely recommend you to anyone who requires quality home care.

Laura joined Gold Leaf in 2018 as our Waltham Abbey Branch Manager. Laura has a career spanning 20 years in care, nursing and management. Laura is also the branch training manager and trains all staff in house at our Waltham abbey branch. Laura’s experience enables her to productively run the Waltham abbey branch and provide the best quality care to our clients. Laura completed her Level 5 Diploma in Health 7 Social Care in 2020!

Job Title: Administration Manager

Joined: 2018

Jayde joined Gold Leaf in 2018 bringing with her 16 years of customer service and admin experience as well as her care background. Based at the Waltham Abbey branch as our Administration Manager Jayde handles all administrative tasks, HR, payroll and compliance as well as support to the rest of the office team and care staff. Jayde completed her Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care in 2020!

Sally joined the office team in 2018, she has great communication skills and oversees assessments and reviews for both service users and staff. Sally started her care career after moving back to the UK from Spain in 2009. During sally’s career, she has gained her Level 2 QCF as well as other qualifications and is a very dedicated and competent member of the team.
