Mum, who is in her nineties, has used Caremark since breaking her hip in 2017. Since then, Caremark Sutton have been providing a live-in carer and associated support services all year round. The carers have been excellent and the back office team very professional.

Caremark (Sutton) have given us very good service and back up.
Nothing is ever a problem - even when staff don't turn up they will always find a replacement.

All the carers have been extremely kind to Mum and definitely have her best interests at heart. There had been a couple of situations where tasks had not been done (e.g taking food out of the freezer for next day/not putting the washing on at high enough temperature), but once I had brought this to
the attention of Caremark they immediately addressed these issues and have been very responsive.

The carers are good, show respect and professional. My concern is that they should try to write care notes whenever they visit. They should be clear and precise as these are legal documents and other professionals may rely on them to make client assessments. I have noted that some did not record, someone,
put that my son was put to bed after breakfast whereas he does not go to bed. So caution should be observed. Overall good.

Caremark staff are excellent, caring, kind and very professional. Always inform us of anything that's needed and that we need to know. My sister and I are very grateful for the great care they give my father.

Deborah Binner

In February 2013, Debbie and her husband were both unfortunate and yet honoured to see the pinnacle of domiciliary palliative care delivered in their home. Debbie's earlier career saw her presenting SKY News as a television presenter, working in healthcare PR and Media and as Head of Communications for the Department of Health. In her personal trauma tsunami of February 2013 Debbie s appetite for any prior career path evaporated forever. Debbie set up Caremark (Sutton) in July 2013 to deliver the exact same quality of care that she had seen delivered in her own home and that everyone should expect and demand for their own loved ones.


Hannah

Hannah Drury

Job Title: Operations Director

Joined: 2015

Hannah Drury has taken over from Simon Binner as Operations Director. Hannah attended school locally and has first hand experience of delivering care though illnesses within her own family - her sister and her step father. Hannah has a corporate background in the service industry. She is also currently working on an Open University degree in Psychology and has completed the Cultural Awareness module of the Common Purpose Leadership programme. Hannah is absolutely passionate about driving forward the best possible care in the whole of the London Borough of Sutton: "I've seen truly fantastic care delivered to members of my family," she says. "We can't always change what happens to us; but we can make sure we care for people with dignity, compassion, kindness and absolute professionalism. When I look at our service I ask myself: is this the standard I would expect for my Mum or a member of my family." Hannah says she LOVES working in care and making a difference.

Daren Kannayya

Ron Riosa is our Financial Accountant and is responsible for keeping our finances on track and with ensuring that we are compliant and up-to-date at all times. Ron's background prior to Caremark (Sutton) was as a Fund Accounting Analyst for JP Morgan Bank and prior to that as an Actuarial Analyst for Prudential plc. Ron Riosa holds a degree in Mathematics.


Ron has helped us to accelerate the takeover of another care company in September 2014 and yet another care company in December 2014 by aligning acquired client internal processes as quickly as possible - thus minimising disruption to these new clients and ensuring their care delivery continued uninterrupted.

Julia Kenneally

Julia Kenneally has previously worked for Caremark (Sutton) as a Field Care Supervisor and then as a Care Coordinator. She has extensive experience in senior supervisory roles and in ensuring compliance with detailed systems.


Julia has a strong personal affinity with our growing customer base and is dedicated to providing the best professional care that we can to each and every customer. She has strong personal links to the geography of Sutton and to the schools and social institutions within the borough.
