We as a family feel very grateful to have the support of management at all times, when a dilemma arises they are always available to contact at short notice, and they will always try to help in any way they can.
I can honestly say that they have provided us with peace of mind which is a great quality in these times.

I have been working as Manager of Admin Support at The Paterson Group, encompassing Paterson Health & Social Care since November 2022.
My role involves aiding the Senior management team with anything required in our branches, organising training days and tending to our Homecare compliance and registrations.
Job Title: Registered Manager

I have worked for the company for 23 years. I have experienced every job role during this time from Administrator to Branch Manager and now Operations Director.
I have two roles within the business. The first being Operations Director which can involve anything from making sure we are fully compliant in all aspects of the business to writing policies and procedures and making sure all our staff are working safely during the current pandemic.
My second role is CQC Registered Manager of our Domiciliary Care Division. With help from our Homecare Team, I am responsible for making sure our own private clients are cared for in the safest way possible whilst ensuring their care is person centred and they are given every opportunity to live fulfilling lives. Our packages range from live in care or supported living, to complex care nursing packages.
I enjoy eating out, caring for our new puppy Harley who is a New Zealand Huntaway and spending time with my family and step-grandchildren.
I have a 9 year old Russian tortoise called Cooper who free-roams the house and garden!

In 2018 I joined the Paterson group as part of the out of hours Oncall team. In 2020 I also joined the Homecare Team. My Homecare role primarily involves completing all the staffing rotas to ensure our clients receive the support they need and keeping everyone safe through the distribution of PPE.
In my spare time, you will find me at the side of an athletics track or football field cheering my teenagers on, out socialising with friends or in watching a good film with my family.

My hobbies are cycling, running, and spending time with family and friends. I have two dogs whom I adore.
