Louisa Homecare staff are very diligent and respectful in the care they give. I feel I can contact them (in the office) or speak to carers about any concerns or changes required and I will be listened to and supported.

From the initial contact, through the assessment process and care commencing, all the staff have been friendly and highly professional, ensuring all Dad's care needs would be met. The carers provided wonderful care. They were all gentle, patient and caring which is very important to us. They also provided
extra care when needed. As well as caring for Dad, they have been an invaluable to support to myself during a very stressful time. I can't thank them enough.

I have been receiving care from Louise Homecare for approximately six months. I have two visits a day in the morning to assist with my shower and breakfast and in the evening to prepare a meal. Visits are for 45 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. I am very happy with Louisa's friendly
staff and with the assistance they give me.
