Hi Anthony,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! I'm pleased to hear that your mum gets on with our carers and that she is happy with the care we provide. On some occasions, we aren't able to provide the same carer all the time, but if you'd like to discuss this further, then please don't hesitate to get in contact with me directly.
Best wishes.

Job Title: Branch Care Manager
My roles and responsibilities here at Helping Hands as a Branch Manager are ensuring the smooth running of the service, following company policies and procedures and making sure we comply with CQC guidelines. Since I was at school I always wanted to work in the care sector. Care isn't for everyone but I feel I am a caring person and this has developed as I have worked my way up within the company; I don't think you ever lose the passion to care for someone regardless of whether you are a carer, care coordinator or manager. It is a quality that grows with us and I'm proud of how caring I am. Having worked within different care settings I feel Helping Hands provides exceptional services for carers, knowing that support and guidance are there is second to none. I enjoy spending time with my family - having 4 children it's always busy, but I love it! I manage my work/life balance well. I love going on family days out and enjoying the time we spend together.
