The Review Score of 8.0 (8.000) out of 10 for Helping Hands Home Care (Norwich) is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.0 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.
The Average Rating of 5.000 for Helping Hands Home Care (Norwich) is calculated as follows: ( (6 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 6 Ratings = 5

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Helping Hands Home Care (Norwich) is based on 1 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 = 3
When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

About Me:
I am Attila (Ata) the Flagship Branch Manager of Helping Hands in Norwich. My responsibility is to oversee and set up every care package in the area and to ensure that my team deliver a higher quality of care than any other care company in Norwich; I have to ensure our service users remain safe, independent and happy in their own homes.
Job Title: Regional Care Director - East
Joined: 2016
About me
Hi, I’m Jill. As the Head of Live-in Care, I ensure that our customers across the East of the UK have a high level of support and service. I’ve been involved in the care sector for around 15 years now and I’ve never looked back! I love the interaction I have with both our customers and their carers and I’m proud of the service we provide.
Experience
Before I joined Helping Hands, I worked for a small agency as a director of care but left to find a more established company, which is where Helping Hands comes in. I’ve also specialised in sheltered housing support, managing the housing and the care for residents with various needs.
From this, I extended to domiciliary care and eventually managed 18 sheltered schemes, five extra care schemes and five domiciliary care services. Throughout my roles in care, I’ve always strived to provide a flexible, person-centred service, assisting young people and vulnerable adults, and have gained numerous qualifications, including:
• HCPA Advanced Safeguarding Champion Pathway
• Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring
• QCF Level 4 Support for Independent Living
• QCF Level 5 Diploma in Management and
Leadership
I’ve undertaken a range of modules in dementia awareness and moving & handling to name just two and I’m keen to share my knowledge with our carers so they can continue providing a high level of care to our customers.
Why I chose Helping Hands
I am very proud to work for Helping Hands. The services we provide are of a high quality and I have a fabulous team of managers who all work extremely hard and are all incredibly committed. Not only was I keen to join Helping Hands given its reputation in the sector.
